Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pakan yang disubstitusi dengan daun pepaya jepang (cnidoscolus aconitifolius) fermentasi terhadap persentase karkas entok pedaging. penelitian dilaksanakan di laboratorium lapangan peternakan universitas syiah kuala, banda aceh, selama februari–april 2025 menggunakan 45 ekor entok pedaging jantan. rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) dengan lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, yaitu p0+ (100% pakan komersil), p0– (75% pakan komersil + 25% pakan campuran), p1 (75% pakan komersil + 24% pakan campuran + 1% daun pepaya jepang fermentasi), p2 (75% pakan komersil + 23% pakan campuran + 2% daun pepaya jepang fermentasi), dan p3 (75% pakan komersil + 22% pakan campuran + 3% daun pepaya jepang fermentasi). data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (anova) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji duncan’s multiple range test (dmrt). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan daun pepaya jepang fermentasi berpengaruh nyata (p



Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of feed substitution with fermented Japanese papaya leaves (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius) on the carcass percentage of meat ducks (Cairina moschata). The experiment was conducted at the Animal Husbandry Field Laboratory, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh, from February to April 2025 using 45 male ducks. The research employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and three replications: P0+ (100% commercial feed), P0– (75% commercial feed + 25% mixed feed), P1 (75% commercial feed + 24% mixed feed + 1% fermented Japanese papaya leaves), P2 (75% commercial feed + 23% mixed feed + 2% fermented Japanese papaya leaves), and P3 (75% commercial feed + 22% mixed feed + 3% fermented Japanese papaya leaves).
