Prarancangan pabrik bioetanol ini menggunakan molase sebagai bahan baku. kapasitas produksi pabrik bioetanol ini adalah 100.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja yaitu 330 hari/tahun, bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 130 orang. pabrik bioetanol ini direncakan berlokasi di kec. semboro, kabupaten jember, provinsi jawa timur dengan luas tanah 40.000 m2. sumber air pabrik bietanol berasal dari sungai k.bondoyudo, provinsi jawa timur dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 658,02 kw.

The preliminary design of this bioethanol plant utilizes molasses as the raw material. The plant has a production capacity of 100,000 tons/year, operating 330 days annually. The planned business entity is a Limited Liability Company (PT), employing a line and staff organizational structure. The total workforce required to operate the plant is 130 employees. The bioethanol plant is planned to be located in Semboro District, Jember Regency, East Java Province, occupying an area of 40,000 m². The water supply for the bioethanol plant will be sourced from the Bondoyudo River, East Java Province, while the electricity needs will be supplied by the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a capacity of 658.02 kW.
