Pengaruh pemberian plasma kaya trombosit (pkt) pada penyembuhan ruptur tendon achilles tikus putih (rattus novergicus) yang diamati secara klinis abstrak tendon achilles (ta) merupakan tendon yang paling kuat dan paling tebal di dalam tubuh makhluk hidup. hewan sering mengalami ruptur tendon akibat aktivitas berat, termasuk olahraga balap dan berburu, serta cedera akibat benda tajam yang menyebabkan ruptur tendon achilles. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak pengobatan plasma kaya trombosit (pkt) terhadap tingkat penyembuhan ruptur tendon achilles pada tikus putih melalui observasi klinis. penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental menggunakan tikus putih sebagai hewan coba yang dibagi menjadi dua perlakuan. setiap perlakuan terdiri atas 3 ekor tikus sebagai ulangan. perlakuan i sebagai kontrol adalah tikus yang cedera tendon achilles dan diberi nacl fisiologis dan perlakuan ii adalah tikus yang cedera tendon achilles dan diberi plasma kaya trombosit. evaluasi pemulihan cedera tendon achilles dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji nociceptive withdrawal time pada hari ke-21 pasca pengobatan. data hasil penelitian dilakukan uji t independent dan data yang diperoleh ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel. penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemberian terapi plasma kaya trombosit dapat menurunkan waktu nociceptive withdrawal time pada ruptur tendon achiles tikus putih (rattus norvegicus). kata kunci: tendon achilles (ta), plasma kaya trombosit (pkt), tikus putih (rattus novergicus).

EFFECT OF TROMBOSIT-RICH PLASMA (PRP) GIVING ON HEALING ACHILLES TENDON RUPTURES OF WHITE RATS (Rattus novergicus) CLINICALLY OBSERVED ABSTRACT The Achilles tendon (AT) is the strongest and thickest tendon in the body. Animals often experience tendon ruptures due to strenuous activities, including racing and hunting, as well as injuries caused by sharp objects that result in Achilles tendon ruptures. This study aims to evaluate the effect of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment on the healing rate of Achilles tendon ruptures in white rats through clinical observation. This is an experimental study using white rats as test animals, which were divided into two treatment groups. Each treatment consisted of three rats as replicates. Treatment I was the control group, consisting of rats with Achilles tendon injuries that were given physiological NaCl, and treatment II consisted of rats with Achilles tendon injuries that were given platelet-rich plasma. The evaluation of Achilles tendon injury recovery was performed using the Nociceptive Withdrawal Time test on the 21st day after treatment. The research data were analyzed using an independent T-test, and the results are presented in tabular form. This study concluded that platelet-rich plasma therapy can reduce the nociceptive withdrawal time in white rats (Rattus norvegicus) with Achilles tendon rupture.
