Abstrak tujuan utama dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teacher self efficacy (so) terhadap job satisfication dan subjective wellbeing yang dimediasi oleh career sustainability pada guru madrasah aliyah negeri 1 kota banda aceh. guru sebaiknya memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang memadai terhadap efikasi diri, keberlanjutan karir, dan kepuasan kerja guna menjaga kesejahteraan mereka. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 87 guru dengan pengambilan sampel 70 guru yang bekerja di madrasah aliyah negeri 1 kota banda aceh menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) se berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction; (2) se berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap subjective well-being; se berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap career sustainability; (4) career sustainability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction; (5) career sustainability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap subjective well-being; (6) career sustainability secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara teacher self-efficacy dan job satisfaction; (7) career sustainability juga memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara teacher self-efficacy dan subjective well-being. oleh karena itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa guru yang memiliki keberlanjuntan karir yang baik cenderung memiliki kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan yang tinggi serta turut meningkatkan efikasi diri mereka. temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya peran dukungan organisasi dalam menciptakan kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan bagi guru dengan memberikan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri guru, menciptakan sistem karier yang jelas, mendukung keberlanjutan profesi guru serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas cakupan penelitian dengan penambahan variabel lainnya dan pada tingkat pendidikan lainnya yang lebih general dan aplikatif. kata kunci: self efficacy, job satisfaction, subjective wellbeing, career sustainability.

Abstract
ABSTRACT The primary objective of this study is to examine the influence of Teacher Self-Efficacy (SE) on Job Satisfaction and Subjective Well-Being, mediated by Career Sustainability, among teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banda Aceh. Teachers are expected to have an adequate level of satisfaction regarding self-efficacy, career sustainability, and job satisfaction in order to maintain their overall well-being. The population of this study consisted of 87 teachers, with a sample of 70 teachers selected using probability sampling through the simple random sampling method. The results of the study indicate that:(1) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; (2) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Subjective Well-Being; (3) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Career Sustainability;(4) Career Sustainability has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; (5) Career Sustainability has a positive and significant effect on Subjective Well-Being; (6) Career Sustainability significantly mediates the relationship between Teacher Self-Efficacy and Job Satisfaction; (7) Career Sustainability also significantly mediates the relationship between Teacher Self-Efficacy and Subjective Well-Being. Therefore, it can be concluded that teachers with strong career sustainability tend to have higher job satisfaction and well-being, which also enhances their self-efficacy. These findings highlight the importance of organizational support in fostering job satisfaction and well-being for teachers by providing continuous training to improve self-efficacy, establishing a clear career system, supporting the sustainability of the teaching profession, and creating a conducive work environment. Future research is expected to expand the scope by adding other variables and focusing on a more general and practical level of education.
