Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi mobilisasi massa yang dilakukan oleh panglima sagoe terhadap keterpilihan calon legislatif (caleg) dari mantan kombatan gerakan aceh merdeka (gam) pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2024 di kecamatan kluet utara, aceh selatan. penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kuatnya peran dan pengaruh sosial-politik panglima sagoe sebagai tokoh lokal yang dihormati oleh masyarakat pasca konflik aceh. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk strategi mobilisasi yang dilakukan dan motif di balik keterlibatan panglima sagoe dalam proses pemenangan caleg dari mantan kombatan gam. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. informan penelitian terdiri dari tokoh masyarakat, panglima sagoe, caleg mantan gam, tim sukses, akademisi, dan masyarakat umum di kecamatan kluet utara. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi mobilisasi massa yang dilakukan oleh panglima sagoe dengan teori mobilisasi politik yang mencakup dua bentuk utama, yaitu mobilisasi langsung seperti sosialisasi tatap muka, kampanye terbuka, pembentukan tim kampung, serta penggunaan media sosial; dan mobilisasi tidak langsung melalui pengaruh historis, nilai-nilai lokal, dan kepercayaan masyarakat. panglima sagoe memanfaatkan legitimasi historis sebagai mantan kombatan dan kedekatannya dengan masyarakat untuk membentuk opini politik dan meningkatkan partisipasi dalam pileg. motif utama di balik mobilisasi ini adalah untuk memastikan keterwakilan politik yang memahami aspirasi masyarakat aceh dan menjaga semangat perjuangan dalam kerangka demokrasi local temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mobilisasi politik di aceh pasca-konflik memiliki karakter khas, yaitu berbasis budaya, sejarah, dan kekuatan sosial non-formal yang tetap relevan dalam dinamika politik kontemporer. kata kunci: mobilisasi massa, panglima sagoe, mantan kombatan gam, pileg 2024, aceh selatan, politik lokal

This research discusses the mass mobilization strategy carried out by the Sagoe Commander on the electability of legislative candidates from former Free Aceh Movement (GAM) combatants in the 2024 Legislative Election in North Kluet District, South Aceh. This research is motivated by the strong role and socio-political influence of Panglima Sagoe as a local figure respected by the community after the Aceh conflict. The purpose of this research is to find out how the form of mobilization strategy carried out and the motive behind the involvement of Sagoe Commander in the process of winning candidates from former GAM combatants. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of community leaders, Sagoe Commander, former GAM candidates, success teams, academics, and the general public in North Kluet District.The results show that the mass mobilization strategy carried out by the Sagoe Commander is based on political mobilization theory which includes two main forms, namely direct mobilization such as face-to-face socialization, open campaigns, formation of village teams, and use of social media; and indirect mobilization through historical influence, local values, and community trust. The Sagoe Commander utilized his historical legitimacy as a former combatant and his closeness to the community to shape political opinion and increase participation in the legislative elections. The main motive behind this mobilization is to ensure political representation that understands the aspirations of the Acehnese people and maintain the spirit of struggle within the framework of local democracy The findings show that political mobilization in post-conflict Aceh has a distinctive character, based on culture, history, and non-formal social forces that remain relevant in contemporary political dynamics.
