[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan prof. dr. rusli yusuf, m.pd dan ridayani, s.h, m.h penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih ditemukannya perilaku siswa yang belum mencerminkan sikap disiplin, seperti datang terlambat, tidak mematuhi aturan kelas, serta kurangnya konsistensi dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembiasaan. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan implementasi karakter disiplin melalui pembiasaan di sd negeri 3 teupin raya, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan kendala yang dihadapi selama proses tersebut. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan. subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan siswa, sedangkan informan terdiri atas kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala bidang kesiswaan. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan model analisis data interaktif, yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. implementasi pembiasaan disiplin di sd negeri 3 teupin raya dilaksanakan melalui program unggulan berupa pembinaan keagamaan, pembiasaan adab, dan kegiatan literasi yang dijalankan secara konsisten. kegiatan rutin seperti shalat dhuha, literasi pagi, pengajian, muraja’ah, yasinan, serta one day one ayat terbukti efektif dalam membentuk kedisiplinan, religiusitas, tanggung jawab, serta sikap sopan santun siswa. nilai-nilai tersebut tidak hanya diajarkan secara teoritis, tetapi juga dipraktikkan secara nyata hingga menjadi kebiasaan sehari-hari siswa. (1). dalam pelaksanaannya, terdapat kendala seperti masih adanya siswa yang kurang konsisten, keterbatasan sarana literasi, serta pengaruh gadget yang membuat sebagian siswa cepat bosan. namun, faktor pendukung seperti perencanaan program sekolah yang sistematis, konsistensi guru dalam pembinaan, fasilitas yang memadai, serta antusiasme siswa dan dukungan orang tua turut mendorong keberhasilan program. upaya solusi berupa komunikasi dengan orang tua, variasi kegiatan, motivasi, serta sanksi yang bersifat mendidik menjadi strategi efektif dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut (2). kata kunci: implementasi, disiplin, pembiasaan

Dibawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. Rusli Yusuf, M.Pd dan Ridayani, S.H, M.H This research is motivated by the continued discovery of student behavior that does not reflect a disciplined attitude, such as arriving late, not obeying class rules, and a lack of consistency in participating in habituation activities. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of discipline character through habituation at SD Negeri 3 Teupin Raya, and to identify supporting factors and obstacles encountered during the process. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research methods. The subjects in this study were class teachers and students, while informants consisted of the principal and vice principal for student affairs. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using an interactive data analysis model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The implementation of discipline habituation at SD Negeri 3 Teupin Raya is carried out through flagship programs in the form of religious guidance, adab habituation, and literacy activities that are carried out consistently. Routine activities such as dhuha prayer, morning literacy, recitation, muraja'ah, yasinan, and one day one verse have proven effective in forming discipline, religiosity, responsibility, and politeness in students. These values are not only taught theoretically, but also practiced in real life until they become students' daily habits. (1). In its implementation, there are obstacles such as the persistence of inconsistent students, limited literacy facilities, and the influence of gadgets that make some students quickly bored. However, supporting factors such as systematic school program planning, teacher consistency in coaching, adequate facilities, and student enthusiasm and parental support contribute to the success of the program. Solution efforts in the form of communication with parents, a variety of activities, motivation, and educational sanctions are effective strategies in overcoming these obstacles (2).
