. pemanfaatan pupuk kandang dan pupuk organik cair dapat memperbaiki produktivitas tanah untuk budidaya tanaman pada tanah-tanah dengan kesuburan rendah seperti inceptisol. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk kandang dan pupuk organik cair lidah buaya terhadap pertumbuhan dan serapan nitrogen sawi hijau (brassica juncea l.). penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan rumah kaca fakultas pertanian universitas syiah kuala dimulai dari mei hingga juni 2025. penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan acak kelompok (rak) non faktorial dengan delapan perlakuan dan tiga ulangan sehingga diperoleh 24 satuan percobaan. adapun perlakuannya yaitu kontrol (b0), pupuk kandang 75 g polybag-1 (b1), pupuk kandang 75 g polybag-1 + poc 200 ml (b2), pupuk kandang 90 g polybag-1 (b3), pupuk kandang 90 g polybag-1 + poc 200 ml (b4), pupuk kandang 105 g polybag-1 (b5), pupuk kandang 105 g polybag-1 + poc 200 ml (b6), dan pupuk kandang 150 g polybag-1 + poc 200 ml (b7). parameter yang diamati meliputi pertumbuhan tanaman seperti tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun pada umur 15 dan 30 hari setelah tanam (hst), setelah pemanenan dilakukan pengamatan berat berangkasan basah dan kering, serta serapan nitrogen tanaman. setelah pengumpulan data selesai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan dilakukan analisis ragam (anova) pada taraf 5% sedangkan perbedaan antar perlakuan diuji dengan beda nyata jujur (bnj) pada taraf 5%. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pupuk kandang dan pupuk organik cair lidah buaya (aloe vera) memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap berat basah tanaman sawi, namun tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat kering tanaman, dan serapan nitrogen tanaman sawi. kombinasi pupuk kotoran kambing 105 g polybag-1 + poc 200 ml memberikan pengaruh lebih baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan serapan n tanaman sawi pada inceptisol.



Abstract

The use of manure and liquid organic fertilizer can improve soil productivity for crop cultivation on low-fertility soils such as Inceptisols. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of manure and liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and nitrogen uptake of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.). This research was conducted at the Greenhouse Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, from May to June 2025. A non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) was used, with eight treatments and three replications, resulting in 24 experimental units. The treatments were control (B0), 75 g polybag-1 manure (B1), 75 g polybag-1 manure + 200 mL POC (B2), 90 g polybag-1 manure (B3), 90 g polybag-1 manure + 200 mL POC (B4), 105 g polybag-1 manure (B5), 105 g polybag-1 manure + 200 mL POC (B6), and 150 g polybag-1 manure + 200 mL POC (B7). The parameters observed included plant growth such as plant height and number of leaves at 15 and 30 days after planting (DAP), after harvesting, wet and dry weight of the stalks were observed, as well as plant nitrogen uptake. After data collection was completed, to determine the effect of the treatment, an analysis of variance (ANOVA) was carried out at the 5% level while differences between treatments were tested with honestly significant differences (HSD) at the 5% level. The results showed that the combination of manure and liquid organic fertilizer aloe vera (Aloe vera) had a significant effect on the wet weight of mustard plants, but not significantly on plant height, number of leaves, dry weight of plants, and nitrogen uptake of mustard plants. The combination of goat manure fertilizer 105 g polybag-1 + POC 200 mL had a better effect on the growth and N uptake of mustard plants on Inceptisol.
