[skripsi, universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan prof. dr. bahrun, m.pd. dan gracia mandira, s.pd., m.ed. makanan sehat merupakan makanan bergizi seimbang yang dibutuhkan tubuh untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media buku saku dalam mengenalkan makanan sehat untuk anak usia dini. metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development atau disingkat dengan r&d. penelitian ini menggunakan model four-d yang memikili beberapa tahapan yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan) dan disseminate (penyebarluasan). teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, validasi ahli materi dan media, validasi guru. hasil pada penelitian media buku saku dalam mengenalkan makanan sehat untuk anak usia dini layak untuk digunakan, dengan validasi ahli materi dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali, pada tahap pertama mendapat skor sebanyak 60%, tahap kedua mendapat skor 76%, tahap ketiga mendapatkan skor 86%, tahap keempat mendapatkan skor sebanyak 90% dan tahap kelima mendapatkan skor sebanyak 100%. pada validasi ahli media dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali, tahap pertama mendapatkan skor 40%, tahap kedua mendapatkan skor sebanyak 60%, tahap ketiga mendapatkan hasil 80%, tahap keempat mendaparkan skor sebanysak 89% dan tahap kelima mendapatkan skor sebanyak 93%. setelah itu, dilakukan validasi media oleh guru di paud an-nur dengan mendapatkan skor 100℅ dan tk aprillya mendapatkan skor 82,5℅. uji coba terbatas juga dilakukan ke anak-anak untuk melihat respon yang diberikan terhadap media buku saku. kata kunci: media buku saku, makanan sehat, anak usia dini.



Abstract

Dhia Rahamadila (2025). Development of Pocket Book Media in Introducing Healthy Foods for Early Childhood. [Thesis, Syiah Kuala University]. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Bahrun, M.Pd. and Gracia Mandira, S.Pd., M.Ed. Healthy food is nutritionally balanced food that the body needs for growth and development. This study aims to develop a pocket book as a medium for introducing healthy food to young children. The research method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D), employing the Four-D model, which consists of several stages: define (definition), design (design), develop (development), and disseminate (dissemination). The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, literature review, expert validation of content and media, and testing using a questionnaire administered to teachers. The results of this study show that expert validation of the material was conducted four times. In the first stage, it received a score of 60%, in the second stage it received a score of 76%, in the third stage it received a score of 86%, in the fourth stage it received a score of 90%, and in the fifth stage it received a score of 100%. Media expert validation was conducted four times, with the first stage scoring 40%, the second stage scoring 60%, the third stage scoring 80%, the fourth stage scoring 89%, and the fifth stage scoring 93%. The researcher then conducted media validation by practitioners (teachers) at PAUD An-Nur and also at TK Aprillya Miruek Taman. During the trial at PAUD An-Nur, the researcher obtained a score of 100%, and at TK Aprillya, the researcher obtained a score of 82.5%. The trial was conducted by inviting the children to sit in a circle, then the researcher explained and introduced healthy foods, foods to avoid, the dangers of consuming unhealthy foods, the three functions of food, and healthy food provisions using a pocket book as a medium. After introducing healthy foods, the researcher provided activities for the children to engage in, such as playing games. The researcher distributed activity sheets from the pocket-sized book to the children to complete, and it was found that the children understood and completed the activities correctly. This demonstrates that the pocket-sized book is highly beneficial and suitable for use. Keywords: Pocket-sized book, healthy food, young children.
