[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. di bawah bimbingan dr. drs. teuku alamsyah, m.pd. dan dr. budi arianto, s.pd., m.a. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konflik sosial dalam novel teruslah bodoh jangan pintar karya tere liye berdasarkan teori konflik ralf dahrendorf. pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif berjenis deskriptif. metode yang digunakan teknik baca dan catat. subjek data yang digunakan berupa novel teruslah bodoh jangan pintar. data penelitian bentuk konflik sosial dalam pernyataan, narasi, dan dialog. hasil data yang ditemukan dalam novel teruslah bodoh jangan pintar terdapat 68 peristiwa konflik sosial. bentuk konflik sosial berdasarkan teori ralf dahrendorf terdiri dari konflik yang berkaitan dengan kekuasaan, wewenang, kelompok semu, dan kelompok nyata. konflik yang melibatkan kekuasaan ditunjukkan melalui tindakan tokoh penduduk dewasa kepada anak-anak, tokoh pak kadus kepada anaknya, tokoh mayor bacok kepada pak kadus, tokoh saksi siti kepada pengacara hotma, tokoh pihak panitia kepada bapak tokoh anak dan tokoh orang kepercayaan siip kepada rudi. berdasarkan data, ditemukan 25 peristiwa konflik yang melibatkan kekuasaan. konflik yang melibatkan wewenang ditunjukkan melalui tindakan tokoh tentara kepada wartawan, tokoh pihak tergugat kepada pihak penggugat, tokoh calon presiden kepada host, tokoh tentara kepada penduduk, tokoh tentara kepada laki-laki dewasa. data menunjukkan adanya 16 peristiwa konflik yang berkaitan dengan wewenang. konflik yang melibatkan kelompok semu ditunjukkan melalui tindakan kelompok penduduk yang melakukan penolakan dan demonstrasi. ditemukan 16 peristiwa yang melibatkan kelompok semu dalam konflik. konflik yang melibatkan kelompok nyata ditunjukkan melalui tindakan kelompok pihak penggugat, pihak tergugat, petugas kantor pertahanan, perwakilan perusahaan dan anggota komite. terdapat 11 peristiwa yang menunjukkan adanya konflik yang melibatkan kelompok nyata. kata kunci: konflik sosial, novel teruslah bodoh jangan pintar, teori ralf dahrendorf

Under the guidance of Dr. Drs. Teuku Alamsyah, M.Pd. and Dr. Budi Arianto, S.Pd., M.A. This study aims to describe social conflicts in Tere Liye's novel Teruslah Bodoh Jangan Pintar based on Ralf Dahrendorf's conflict theory. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. The method used is reading and note-taking. The data subject used is the novel Teruslah Bodoh Jangan Pintar. The research data is in the form of social conflicts in statements, narratives, and dialogues. The data found in the novel Teruslah Bodoh Jangan Pintar revealed 68 instances of social conflict. The forms of social conflict, based on Ralf Dahrendorf's theory, include conflicts related to power, authority, pseudo-groups, and real groups. Conflicts involving power are shown through the actions of adult characters toward children, the character Pak Kadus toward his child, the character Mayor Bacok toward Pak Kadus, the character witness Siti toward lawyer Hotma, the character of the committee toward the father of the child character, and the character of SIIP's confidant toward Rudi. Based on the data, 25 incidents of conflict involving power were found. Conflicts involving authority are shown through the actions of the soldier character towards the journalist, the defendant character towards the plaintiff, the presidential candidate character towards the host, the soldier character towards the residents, and the soldier character towards adult men. The data shows that there were 16 conflict events related to authority. Conflicts involving pseudo-groups were demonstrated through the actions of resident groups engaging in refusals and demonstrations. There were 16 incidents involving pseudo-groups in conflicts. Conflicts involving real groups were demonstrated through the actions of plaintiff groups, defendant groups, defense office staff, company representatives, and committee members.
