Pt bara energi lestari adalah perusahaan tambang batubara di kabupaten nagan raya, aceh yang menerapkan sistem tambang terbuka metode open pit dengan target kecepatan minimum alat angkut sebesar 20 km/jam dan target produktivitas 147 bcm/jam per kilometer jarak. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi geometri jalan angkut sesuai kepmen esdm nomor 1827k/30/mem/2018 dan evaluasi nilai total resistance (hambatan total) untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kecepatan alat angkut. metode penelitian berupa analisis kuantitatif dengan perbandingan nilai produktivitas dan kecepatan alat angkut pada kondisi sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan jalan serta perbandingan simulasi produktivitas dan cycle time alat angkut pada jarak 1 km sebagai acuan dalam menentukan ketercapaian target produksi yang ditetapkan perusahaan. hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian geometri jalan pada beberapa ruas yaitu dua segmen overgrade pada jalan coal getting, 25 segmen tidak sesuai standar lebar di overburden 1, dan lima segmen di overburden 2. nilai total resistance berdasarkan gvw tercatat sebesar 3970,55 lb pada ruas coal getting, 11.400,23 lb pada ruas overburden 1, dan 7662,25 lb pada ruas overburden 2. sejalan dengan kondisi geometri pada setiap ruas jalan, hasil analisa menunjukkan kecepatan alat pada ruas jalan coal getting telah memenuhi target dengan kecepatan aktual 22,46 km/jam, sedangkan ruas overburden 1 (18,96 km/jam) dan overburden 2 (19,96 km/jam) belum mencapai standar perusahaan. selain itu, produktivitas aktual pada kedua ruas jalan overburden yaitu 90,89 bcm/jam dan 108,74 bcm/jam untuk jarak 1 km masih di bawah target rencana sebesar 147 bcm/jam. setelah dilakukan perbaikan aktual pada ruas jalan overburden 1, kecepatan rata-rata meningkat menjadi 21,97 km/jam dan produktivitas mencapai 92,87 bcm/jam pada jarak 1 km. kata kunci: hambatan total, kecepatan rata-rata, geometri jalan angkut, produktivitas.  



Abstract

PT Bara Energi Lestari is a coal mining company in Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh that applies an open pit mining system with a minimum speed target of 20 km/hour and a productivity target of 147 BCM/hour per kilometer of distance. This study aims to evaluate the geometric conditions of the haul road according to ESDM Ministerial Decree Number 1827K/30/MEM/2018 and evaluate the total resistance value to increase productivity and speed of the haul road. The research method is in the form of quantitative analysis by comparing the productivity and speed values of the haul road before and after road repairs as well as comparing productivity simulations and cycle time of the haul road at a distance of 1 km as a reference in determining the achievement of the production targets set by the company. The results of the study showed that there were road geometry discrepancies in several sections, namely two overgrade segments on the coal getting road, 25 segments that did not meet the width standards in overburden 1, and five segments in overburden 2. The total resistance value based on GVW was recorded at 3970.55 lb on the coal getting section, 11,400.23 lb on the overburden 1 section, and 7662.25 lb on the overburden 2 section. In line with the geometric conditions on each road section, the analysis results showed that the speed of the equipment on the coal getting road section had met the target with an actual speed of 22.46 km/h, while the overburden 1 section (18.96 km/h) and overburden 2 (19.96 km/h) had not reached the company standard. In addition, the actual productivity on both overburden road sections, namely 90.89 BCM/h and 108.74 BCM/h for a distance of 1 km, was still below the planned target of 147 BCM/h. After actual repairs were carried out on the overburden road section 1, the average speed increased to 21.97 km/h and productivity reached 92.87 BCM/h at a distance of 1 km.
