[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan dra. yuhasriati, m. pd., dan sitti muliya rizka, s. pd., m. ed. mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan membatik jumputan yang dilakukan di paud arrisalah darussalam aceh besar. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak melalui kegiatan membatik jumputan di paud arrisalah darussalam aceh besar. jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (ptk) model kemmis dan mc taggart yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. tempat pelaksanaan di paud arrisalah darussalam aceh besar pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak di kelas b paud arrisalah darussalam yang berjumlah 7 orang anak terdiri dari 5 anak perempuan dan 2 anak laki-laki. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, yaitu observasi terhadap aktivitas guru dan kemampuan motorik halus anak. indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini jika 75% atau anak sudah mendapat kategori (bsh) pada setiap aspek yang diamati dan dinilai. pelaksanaan tindakan yang dilakukan yaitu 1) guru mengenalkan contoh batik jumputan yang sudah dibuat kepada anak, 2) guru mengenalkan bahan dan alat yang digunakan dalam proses membuat batik jumputan kepada anak, 3) guru mendemonstrasikan langkah-langkah membuat batik jumputan kepada anak, 4) guru meminta anak menjumput kain lalu memasukkan kelereng ke dalam kain dan mengikat kain menggunakan karet, kemudian guru meminta anak mengoles pewarna pada kain menggunakan kuas, guru meminta anak membuka ikatan pada kain batik jumputan kemudian menjemurnya. kemampuan motorik halus anak dengan indikator kemampuan anak menggerakkan jari-jemari tangan pada saat menjumput kain, kemampuan anak mengikat kelereng ke dalam kain, dan kemampuan menggerakkan pergelangan tangan pada saat pemberian warna pada kain adalah 88,0% atau berkembang sesuai harapan (bsh). berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui kegiatan membatik jumputan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak di paud arrisalah darussalam kabupaten aceh besar. kata kunci: motorik halus, membatik jumputan, anak usia dini.  



Abstract

Siti Munawarah: Developing Children's Fine Motor Skills Through Batik Jumputan Activities at PAUD Arrisalah Darussalam in Aceh Besar. [Thesis. Department of Early Childhood Teacher Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Syiah Kuala University]. Under the guidance of Dra. Yuhasriati, M. Pd. and Sitti Muliya Rizka, S. Pd., M. Ed. Developing children's fine motor skills can be done through batik jumputan activities carried out at the Arrisalah Darussalam Aceh Besar Early Childhood Education Center. This study aims to develop children's fine motor skills through batik jumputan activities at the Arrisalah Darussalam Aceh Besar Early Childhood Education Center. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted over two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study was conducted at PAUD Arrisalah Darussalam Aceh Besar during the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects of this study were seven children in Class B of PAUD Arrisalah Darussalam, consisting of five girls and two boys. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, specifically observing the teacher's activities and the children's fine motor skills. The success indicator in this study was if 75% or more of the children achieved the “BSH” category in each observed and evaluated aspect. The steps taken were as follows: 1) the teacher introduced the children to examples of jumputan batik that had already been made, 2) the teacher introduced the children to the materials and tools used in the process of making jumputan batik, 3) the teacher demonstrated the steps of making jumputan batik to the children, 4) the teacher asked the children to gather the fabric, insert marbles into it, and tie the fabric using rubber bands, then the teacher asks the children to apply dye to the fabric using a brush, the teacher asks the children to untie the batik jumputan fabric and then dry it. The children's fine motor skills, as indicated by their ability to move their fingers when pinching the fabric, their ability to tie the marbles into the fabric, and their ability to move their wrists when applying color to the fabric, were 88.0% or Developing as Expected (DAE). Based on the above description, it can be concluded that through the jumputan batik activity, children's fine motor skills can be developed at the Arrisalah Darussalam Early Childhood Education Center in Aceh Besar Regency.
