Prarancangan pabrik soygurt berflavor ubi jalar ungu ini menggunakan kacang kedelai sebagai bahan baku utama dengan kapasitas 2.500 ton/tahun. pabrik direncanakan beroperasi selama 330 hari pertahun, 24 jam sehari. lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di kawasan industri pt. pier (pasuruan industrial estate rembang) kecamatan rembang, kabupaten pasuruan, provinsi jawa timur. bentuk badan usaha yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dan bentuk organisasi yang direncanakan adalah garis dan staff, dengan jumlah karyawan 102 orang. sumber air pabrik soygurt ini berasal dari air pdam kabupaten pasuruan. kebutuhan air untuk pabrik ini sebesar 44.335,71 kg/jam dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 1.373,875 kw. hasil perhitungan analisa ekonomi berdasarkan perhitungan di atas adalah sebagai berikut: 1. fixed capital investment (fci) : rp297.424.195.707 2. working capital investment (wci) : rp74.356.048.927 3. total capital investment (tci) : rp371.780.244.633 4. total production cost (tpc) 5. sales cost (sc) 6. laba bersih 7. pay out time (pot) 8. break event point (bep) 9. internal rate of return (irr) 10. rate of return (ror) : rp158.155.415.111 : rp304.729.971.865 : rp109.930.917.566 : 4,81 tahun : 22,19% : 21,94 % : 29,57% berdasarkan data-data di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prarancangan pabrik ini layak untuk didirikan.

The predesign of this Purple Sweet Potato-Flavored Soygurt Plant uses soybeans as the main raw material with a production capacity of 2,500 tons/year. The plant is planned to operate for 330 days a year, 24 hours a day. The location for the plant is planned to be established in the PT. PIER (Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang) Industrial Area, Rembang District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province. The form of business entity planned is a Limited Liability Company (PT), and the proposed organizational structure is line and staff, with a total of 102 employees. The water source for this soygurt plant comes from the municipal water supply (PDAM) of Pasuruan Regency. The water requirement for this plant is 44,335.71 kg/hour, and to meet the electricity needs, power will be supplied by the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a capacity of 1,373.875 kW.
