Abstrak perancangan markas persiraja banda aceh muhammad luthfi npm 2004104010076 perancangan markas persiraja banda aceh dengan tema arsitektur kontemporer bertujuan untuk menyediakan fasilitas pelatihan dan pengelolaan klub sepak bola yang representatif, modern, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan atlet, pelatih, serta masyarakat pendukung. latar belakang perancangan berangkat dari minimnya sarana latihan yang memadai bagi persiraja, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur di stadion yang ada. metodologi perancangan meliputi studi literatur, studi banding objek dan tema sejenis, survei lapangan, serta observasi langsung terhadap fasilitas klub sepak bola profesional di dalam dan luar negeri. hasil studi banding seperti juventus center dan training center soweto memberikan referensi terkait sirkulasi, struktur, material, dan integrasi identitas klub ke dalam desain bangunan. penerapan prinsip arsitektur kontemporer difokuskan pada bentuk dinamis, ruang terbuka, penggunaan material dan teknologi modern, harmonisasi ruang dalam dan luar, serta keberlanjutan lingkungan. fasilitas utama yang dirancang meliputi lapangan sepak bola, asrama, gym, pusat pemulihan atlet, ruang medis, ruang ganti, galeri, kolam renang, kantor manajemen, dan area publik pendukung. hasil perancangan diharapkan menjadi pusat kegiatan sepak bola yang tidak hanya meningkatkan performa atlet, tetapi juga menjadi ikon baru kota banda aceh yang mencerminkan identitas klub dan perkembangan arsitektur masa kini. kata kunci: markas persiraja, arsitektur kontemporer, fasilitas pelatihan sepak bola, banda aceh, perancangan bangunan

ABSTRACT DESIGN OF PERSIRAJA HEADQUARTERS, BANDA ACEH Muhammad Luthfi NPM. 2004104010076 The design of the Persiraja Banda Aceh Headquarters, with a contemporary architectural theme, aims to provide representative, modern training and management facilities for the football club, meeting the needs of athletes, coaches, and the supporting community. The background of this design stems from the lack of adequate training facilities for Persiraja, including the limited infrastructure of existing stadiums. The design methodology includes literature studies, comparative studies of similar objects and themes, site surveys, and direct observations of professional football club facilities both domestically and abroad. Case studies such as the Juventus Center and the Soweto Training Center serve as references for circulation, structure, materials, and the integration of the club’s identity into the building design. The application of contemporary architectural principles focuses on dynamic forms, open spaces, the use of modern materials and technologies, the harmonization of indoor and outdoor spaces, and environmental sustainability. The main facilities designed include football fields, dormitories, gyms, athlete recovery centers, medical rooms, changing rooms, galleries, swimming pools, management offices, and supporting public areas. The final design is expected to serve as a football activity center that not only enhances athlete performance but also becomes a new icon of Banda Aceh, reflecting the club’s identity and the development of contemporary architecture.
