Abstrak penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh thriving at work terhadap career adaptability dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi self-efficacy dan social support pada karyawan perbankan syariah di kota banda aceh. menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan pls-sem. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa thriving at work secara signifikan meningkatkan career adaptability, dimana self-efficacy berperan sebagai mediator penting. namun, social support tidak terbukti menjadi mediator yang signifikan dalam konteks ini. temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa dalam lingkungan kerja spesifik ini, sumber daya psikologis individu mungkin lebih berpengaruh daripada faktor sosial dalam pengembangan career adaptability. hasil penelitian memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami proses pengembangan karir di lingkungan organisasi sejenis serta implikasi praktis untuk program pengembangan karyawan. kata kunci: thriving at work, career adaptability, self-efficacy, social support, dan perbankan.

Abstract
ABSTRACT This study explores how thriving at work influences career adaptability, with self-efficacy and social support as potential mediators, focusing on employees of Islamic banks in Banda Aceh. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 100 respondents through purposive sampling and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings show that thriving at work significantly enhances career adaptability, with self-efficacy playing an important mediating role. However, social support did not emerge as a significant mediator in this context. The results suggest that in this specific work environment, personal psychological resources may be more influential than social factors in developing career adaptability. These insights contribute to understanding career development processes in similar organizational settings while offering practical implications for employee development programs.
