Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh performance appraisal justice terhadap employee job performance dengan work engagement dan organizational identification sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan bank syariah indonesia di kota banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh populasi, yaitu sebanyak 112 karyawan dari tiga cabang bank syariah indonesia di kota banda aceh, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. analisis data dilakukan dengan statistical package for the sosial sciences (spss) untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa performance appraisal justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee job performance, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi work engagement dan organizational identification. temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penilaian kinerja yang adil dapat meningkatkan kineja karyawan dengan membangun keterlibatan kerja kuat dan rasa memiliki terhadap organisasi. kata kunci: employee job performance, performance appraisal justice, work engagement, organizational identification



Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Performance Appraisal Justice on Employee Job Performance with Work Engagement and Organizational Identification as mediating variables among employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Banda Aceh City. This research employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to the entire population, consisting of 112 employees from three branches of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Banda Aceh City, using the census sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to examine the relationships between the involved variables. The results indicate that Performance Appraisal Justice has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Performance, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of Work Engagement and Organizational Identification. These findings suggest that fair performance appraisals can enhance employee performance by fostering strong work engagement and a sense of belonging to the organization.
