Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana proactive personality memengaruhi career sustainability, dengan mempertimbangkan career adaptability dan kepercayaan proactive career behaviors sebagai variabel mediasi. studi ini dilakukan pada karyawan perhotelan di kota banda aceh, dengan melibatkan 115 responden sebagai sampel. pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan metode probability sampling. analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan structural equation modelling (sem) menggunakan perangkat lunak smartpls 4. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proactive personality memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap career sustainability. proactive personality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap career adaptability dan proactive career behaviors. selanjutnya, carer adaptability tidak berpengaruh terhadap career sustainability, namun proactive career behaviors secara signifikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap career sustainability. selain itu, career adaptability tidak memediasi hubungan antara proactive personality terhadap career sustainability, sedangkan proactive career behaviors secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara proactive personality terhadap career sustainability. kata kunci: proactive personality, career adaptability, proactive career behaviors, career sustainability

Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the extent to which proactive personality influences career sustainability, considering career adaptability and belief in proactive career behaviors as mediating variables. The study was conducted on hotel employees in Banda Aceh, involving 115 respondents as samples. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using probability sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach with SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study indicate that proactive personality has a direct influence on career sustainability. Proactive personality has a positive influence on career adaptability and proactive career behaviors. Furthermore, career adaptability does not influence career sustainability, but proactive career behaviors significantly positively influence career sustainability. Additionally, career adaptability does not mediate the relationship between proactive personality and career sustainability, while proactive career behaviors partially mediate the relationship between proactive personality and career sustainability.
