Rumah sakit ibnu sina merupakan rumah sakit swasta yang terletak di kabupaten aceh besar. sejak tahun 2018 hingga 2022, rumah sakit ini mengalami kerugian besar akibat pengelolaan persediaan obat yang tidak efektif. sebelumnya, rsis telah memiliki sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (simrs) yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses pelayanan medis. namun, berdasarkan hasil pengujian usability menggunakan metode system usability scale (sus), sistem tersebut hanya memperoleh skor sebesar 60,75 yang tergolong dalam kategori d (buruk). rendahnya skor tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa sistem belum mampu mengelola persediaan obat dengan baik. berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk menyusun dokumentasi arsitektur sistem informasi persediaan obat secara lebih terstruktur dengan mengacu pada tahapan dalam metodologi system development life cycle (sdlc), yaitu planning, analysis, dan design. hasil rancangan dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya digunakan sebagai dasar, kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam bentuk dokumen arsitektur seperti use case diagram, sequence diagram, business process (bpmn), dan rancangan antarmuka pengguna. dokumentasi tersebut disusun dalam bentuk website agar lebih mudah diakses, dipahami, dan dimanfaatkan oleh tim pengembang. selain itu, penelitian ini juga melakukan perhitungan kompleksitas sistem menggunakan metode use case point (ucp), serta melakukan estimasi waktu dan biaya pengembangan sistem, yang diperkirakan berkisar antara 200 hingga 300 juta rupiah dengan durasi pengerjaan selama 7 hingga 9 bulan. hasil akhir dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam proses implementasi dan pengembangan sistem informasi persediaan obat di rumah sakit ibnu sina. kata kunci : dokumentasi arsitektur, system development life cycle (sdlc), sistem informasi persediaan obat, rs ibnu sina, feasibility analysis.

Ibnu Sina Hospital is a private hospital located in Aceh Besar Regency. From 2018 to 2022, the hospital experienced significant financial losses due to ineffective management of its medicine inventory. Previously, RSIS had implemented a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) to support medical service processes. However, based on usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, the system only received a score of 60.75, which falls into category D (poor). This low score indicates that the system was not capable of managing the medicine inventory effectively. Based on this issue, this study aims to compile a more structured architecture documentation of the medicine inventory information system by referring to the stages of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, namely planning, analysis, and design. The designs from previous studies were used as a foundation and then classified into architectural documents such as use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, business process models (BPMN), and user interface designs. The documentation is presented in the form of a website to make it more accessible, understandable, and useful for the development team. Additionally, this study also calculates the system complexity using the Use Case Point (UCP) method, and estimates the time and cost required for system development, which is projected to range between 200 and 300 million rupiahs, with a development duration of approximately 7 to 9 months. The final result of this research is expected to serve as a reference for the implementation and further development of the medicine inventory information system at Ibnu Sina Hospital.
