Abstrak tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai tambah dan keuntungan pengolahan ubi kayu menjadi adee pada home industri adee “kak nah”. metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode study kasus dan data yang yang dikumpulkan didapat dari hasil wawancara lansung kepada pemilik home industri adee “kak nah”. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan usaha pengolahan ubi kayu menjadi adee pada home industri “kak nah” hanya memiliki nilai tambah pada adee loyang ukuran besar, sedangkan pada adee loyang ukuran kecil nilai nya minus (-). kegiatan pengolahan adee ubi kayu pada perusahaan ini menguntungkan. hal ini dapat diketahui bahwa walaupun adee ubi kayu yang berukuran kecil bernilai minus, tetapi perusahaan tetap mendapat keuntungan dari produksi adee ubi kayu loyang ukuran kecil. kata kunci : nilai tambah, adee, home industri abstract the purpose of this study was to determine the added value and benefits processing cassava into industrial adee at home industri "kak nah". methodology of research is the case study method and collected data obtained from the interviews to the owner industry adee"kak nah". the results showed that the business activity of processing cassava into adee at home industry "kak nah" has only added value to the large size of the baking pan adee, while the small size of the baking pan adee value is minus (-).adee cassava processing activities in the company are profitable. it can be seen that although adee cassava small size pan is minus, but the company still got benefits from the production of adee cassava small size pan. keyword : added value, adee, home industry
