Penambahan ekstrak teh hijau dalam ekstender air kelapa-kuning telur mampu mencegah penurunan kualitas spermatozoa sapi aceh selama penyimpanan pada suhu 4ºc. penambahan ekstrak teh hijau dengan konsentrasi p3 0,15% adalah memberikan hasil terbaik pada kualitas spermatozoa sapi aceh baik setelah pengenceran maupun setelah equilibrasi.

Abstract
The addition of green tea extract in coconut water-egg yolk extender can prevent the decline in the quality of Aceh cattle spermatozoa during storage at 4ºC. The addition of green tea extract with a concentration of P3 0.15% gives the best results on the quality of Aceh cattle spermatozoa both after dilution and after equilibration.
