Abstrak prarancangan pabrik minyak goreng ini menggunakan crude palm oil (cpo) sebagai bahan baku. kapasitas produksi pabrik minyak goreng ini adalah 158.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 112 orang. lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di provinsi sumatera barat lebih tepatnya di poros, kecamatan sungai beremas, kabupaten pasaman barat, provinsi sumatera barat dengan luas tanah 32.630 m2. sumber air pabrik minyak goreng ini berasal dari sungai batang tomak dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 2,18927 mw. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: fixed capital investment (fci) = rp 760.818.424.463 working capital investment (wci) = rp 134.262.074.905 total capital investment (tci) = rp 895.080.499.369 total production cost (tpc) = rp 5.274.205.935.257 revenue = rp 5.477.019.769.375 laba kotor = rp 238.478.619.172 laba bersih = rp 178.858.964.379 pay out time (pot) = 4,7 tahun break event point (bep) = 33% return on investment (roi) = 19,99 % internal rate of return (irr) = 71 % berdasarkan data-data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa prarancangan pabrik minyak goreng dari crude palm oil (cpo) dengan kapasitas produksi 158.000 ton/tahun layak dilanjutkan ke tahap rancangan.

ABSTRACT The preliminary design of this cooking oil plant uses Crude Palm Oil (CPO) as the raw material. The production capacity of the plant is 158,000 tons/year with 330 working days/year. The planned business entity is a Limited Liability Company (PT), employing a line and staff organizational structure. A total of 112 personnel are required to operate the company. The plant is planned to be established in West Sumatra Province, specifically in Poros, Sungai Beremas Subdistrict, West Pasaman Regency, covering a land area of 32,630 m². The water supply for the cooking oil plant will be sourced from the Batang Tomak River, and electricity needs will be met through the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a capacity of 2,18927 MW. The results of the economic analysis obtained are as follows: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 760.818.424.463 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 134.262.074.905 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 895.080.499.369 Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp 5.274.205.935.257 Revenue = Rp 5.477.019.769.375 Net Profit = Rp 178.858.964.379 Pay Out Time (POT) = 4,7 tahun Break Event Point (BEP) = 33% Return on Investment (ROI) = 19,99 % Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 71 % Based on the aforementioned data, it can be concluded that the Preliminary Design of the Cooking Oil Plant utilizing Crude Palm Oil (CPO) with a Production Capacity of 158,000 Tons per Year is feasible to proceed to the detailed design stage.
