Peningkatan produktivitas tanaman secara ramah lingkungan dapat dilakukan melalui penggunaan pupuk organik cair berbahan alami. daun trembesi (samanea saman jacq. merr,) merupakan bahan organik potensial karena kandungan nitrogen dan kalium alaminya yang tinggi. penambahan tepung tulang sebagai sumber fosfor dan biochar sebagai pembenah tanah diduga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pupuk. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh formulasi pupuk organik cair daun trembesi dengan tepung tulang dan biochar terhadap pertumbuhan dan kandungan fenol tanaman kacang hijau (vigna radiata l.). penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) faktorial dengan 3 ulangan. faktor pertama adalah formulasi pupuk dan faktor kedua adalah aplikasi biochar. parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah bunga, jumlah polong, berat basah, berat kering, dan kandungan fenol. data dianalisis menggunakan anava dua arah dan dilanjutkan uji lanjut (α = 0,05). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formulasi pupuk berpengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh parameter kecuali jumlah polong, sedangkan aplikasi biochar berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter kecuali jumlah bunga. interaksi antara formulasi pupuk dan biochar hanya berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, berat basah, dan berat kering. kata kunci: pupuk organik cair, trembesi, tepung tulang, biochar, fenol



Abstract

Improving crop productivity through environmentally sustainable approaches can be achieved by utilizing liquid organic fertilizers derived from natural materials. Trembesi leaves (Samanea saman Jacq. Merr.) are considered a potential organic material due to their naturally high nitrogen and potassium content. The addition of bone meal as a phosphorus source and biochar as a soil amendment is expected to enhance the fertilizer's effectiveness. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of liquid organic fertilizer formulations made from trembesi leaves in combination with bone meal and biochar on the growth performance and phenolic content of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) plants. The experiment was arranged in a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications. The first factor was the fertilizer formulation, and the second factor was the application of biochar. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, number of flowers, number of pods, fresh weight, dry weight, and phenolic content. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA followed by a post hoc test at a 5% significance level (α = 0.05). The results showed that fertilizer formulation had a significant effect on all parameters except the number of pods, while biochar application significantly influenced all parameters except the number of flowers. The interaction between fertilizer formulation and biochar had a significant effect only on plant height, fresh weight, and dry weight.
