Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh islamic spirituality terhadap organizational citizenship behavior from islamic perspective (ocbip) dengan spirituality at work sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan pln unit induk distribusi aceh. data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan di lingkungan pln unit induk distribusi aceh, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 141 responden. penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan partial least squares structural equation modeling (pls-sem) melalui perangkat lunak smartpls. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa islamic spirituality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior from islamic perspective, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap spirituality at work. selain itu, spirituality at work juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ocbip. diharapkan penguatan nilai-nilai islamic spirituality terus dilakukan di lingkungan kerja agar spiritualitas karyawan semakin terbentuk dan berdampak pada meningkatnya perilaku kerja positif yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai islam di pln unit induk distribusi aceh. kata kunci: islamic spirituality, organizational citizenship behavior from islamic perspective, spirituality at work, pln unit induk distribusi aceh, karyawan pln

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior from Islamic perspective (OCBIP), with spirituality at work as a mediating variable, among employees of the PLN Distribution Holding Unit of Aceh. The data in this study were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The study population included all employees within the environment of the PLN Distribution Holding Unit of Aceh, with a total sample of 141 respondents. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that Islamic spirituality has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior from Islamic perspective, and also has a positive and significant effect on spirituality at work. In addition, spirituality at work also positively and significantly affects OCBIP. It is expected that the strengthening of Islamic spirituality values will continue in the work environment so that employee spirituality is further developed and contributes to enhancing positive work behavior in accordance with Islamic values at the PLN Distribution Holding Unit of Aceh.
