Prarancangan pabrik silica powder ini menggunakan bahan baku sekam padi. sekam padi diperoleh dari kilang padi di daerah kabupaten ngoro. kapasitas bahan baku pabrik ini adalah 115.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun dan 24 jam/hari. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 157 orang. lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di ngoro industrial park (nip) yang berada di kecamatan ngoro, jawa timur. kecamatan ngoro dengan luas tanah 30.972 m2. total kebutuhan air sebesar 224914,08 kg/jam yang diperoleh dari sungai brantas. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: 1. fixed capital investment (fci) : rp4.390.481.733.640 2. working capital investment (wci) : rp1.097.620.433.410 3. total capital investment (tci) : rp5.488.102.167.049 4. total production cost (tpc) : rp3.409.460.609.479 5. sales cost (sc) : rp5.179.308.887.736 6. laba bersih : rp1.380.481.657.041 7. pay out time (pot) : 4,44 tahun 8. break event point (bep) : 35,72% 9. internal rate of return (irr) : 23,64% berdasarkan studi kelayakan teknis dan ekonomi di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prarancangan pabrik silica powder ini layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap konstruksi.

The preliminary design of this silica powder factory uses rice husks as raw material. The rice husks are obtained from rice mills in the Ngoro Regency area. The factory's raw material capacity is 115,000 tons/year with 330 working days/year and 24 hours/day. The planned company form is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using a line and staff structure method. The labor requirement to operate this company is 157 people. The plant is planned to be established at Ngoro Industrial Park (NIP) located in Ngoro Subdistrict, East Java. Ngoro Subdistrict has a land area of 30,972 square meters. The total water requirement is 224,914.08 kg/hour, sourced from the Brantas River. The economic analysis results obtained are as follows: 1. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) : Rp4.390.481.733.640 2. Working Capital Investment (WCI) : Rp1.097.620.433.410 3. Total Capital Investment (TCI) : Rp5.488.102.167.049 4. Total Production Cost (TPC) : Rp3.409.460.609.479 5. Sales Cost (SC) : Rp5.179.308.887.736 6. Net Profit : Rp1.380.481.657.041 7. Pay Out Time (POT) : 4,44 Years 8. Break Event Point (BEP) : 35,72% 9. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) : 23,64% Based on the technical and economic feasibility study above, it can be concluded that the Silica Powder Plant Proposal is feasible to proceed to the construction stage.
