Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan limbah ikan dalam formula probiotik rabal (ragi dan bakteri asam laktat) terhadap jumlah bakteri asam laktat (bal). penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) faktorial 4×5 dengan tiga ulangan. faktor perlakuan terdiri atas konsentrasi limbah ikan (0%, 10%, 20%, dan 30%) dan lama fermentasi (0, 1, 3, 5, dan 7 hari). jumlah bal dihitung menggunakan metode angka lempeng total (alt, cfu/ml), dan dianalisis menggunakan anova dua arah. hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi limbah ikan, lama fermentasi, dan interaksinya berpengaruh sangat signifikan (p



Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of fish waste addition in the RABAL (Yeast and Lactic Acid Bacteria) probiotic formula on the population of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB). A factorial completely randomized design (4×5) with three replications was applied. The treatment factors included fish waste concentrations (0%, 10%, 20%, and 30%) and fermentation durations (0, 1, 3, 5, and 7 days). LAB counts were determined using the Total Plate Count (TPC, cfu/ml) method and analyzed using two-way ANOVA.
