Abstract

This research was conducted at Wen Coffee Beans, a Gayo Arabica coffee production business located in Silih Nara District, Central Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. This location was chosen intentionally because Wen Coffee Beans is one of the main producers of Gayo Arabica coffee raw materials in the Central Aceh region. The study population consisted of one Gayo Arabica coffee production business unit, Wen Coffee Beans. The assessment was conducted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Snorm de Boer normalization process to obtain a performance score. In this context, the research focused on measuring and evaluating supply chain performance using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model, which encompasses five main processes: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. Total of 41 performance indicators were identified, but only 13 were validated through discussions with the business owner and were appropriate to the situation. The results indicate that the overall supply chain performance score is in the very poor category, with a performance score of 30.29. There are 3 performance indicators that get a result of 0 so they require an improvement process, that is Percentage Supplier with EMS, Ordered Delivered Fautless by Company and Percentage of Water Recycling.
