Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi nutrisi ab mix dan poc urin kambing terbaik serta interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda secara floating hydroponic system. penelitian ini dilaksanakan di dinas pangan aceh, naungan pekarangan edukasi pangan (nakasipan) dan laboratorium hortikultura fakultas pertanian universitas syiah kuala. penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan juni sampai juli 2024. penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok pola faktorial 3x3 dengan 3 ulangan sehingga terdapat 27 satuan percobaan. terdapat dua faktor yang diteliti, faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi nutrisi ab mix yang terdiri dari 3 taraf konsentrasi: 0, 10, dan 20 ml l⁻¹. faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi pupuk organik cair urin kambing yang terdiri dari 3 taraf konsentrasi: 10, 20, dan 30 ml l⁻¹. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi ab mix berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 21, 28, dan 35 hspt, jumlah daun pada umur 14, 21, 28 dan 35 hspt, panjang daun, lebar daun, panjang akar, dan bobot berangkasan basah, serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 14 hspt. pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda terbaik terdapat pada konsentasi ab mix 20 ml l-1. perlakuan konsentrasi poc urin kambing berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun pada 14, 21, 28 dan 35 hspt, panjang daun, lebar daun, dan bobot berangkasan basah, serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang akar. pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda terbaik terdapat pada konsentrasi poc urin kambing 10 ml l-1. terdapat interaksi yang berpengaruh sangat nyata antara konsentrasi ab mix dan poc urin kambing terhadap parameter panjang daun, lebar daun, dan bobot berangkasan basah, interaksi yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 21, 28 dan 35 hspt, serta jumlah daun 35 hspt. pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda terbaik terdapat pada kombinasi perlakuan konsentrasi ab mix 10 ml l-1 dengan poc urin kambing 10 ml l-1.



Abstract

This study aimed to determine the optimal concentrations of AB Mix nutrients and liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) derived from goat urine, as well as the interaction between these two factors on the growth and yield of pagoda mustard (Brassica narinosa L.) cultivated using a floating hydroponic system. The research was conducted at the Aceh Food Agency, under the supervision of the Food Education Yard (NAKASIPAN), and at the Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University. The study was carried out from June to July 2024. A factorial randomized block design (RBD) with a 3×3 pattern and three replications was employed, resulting in a total of 27 experimental units. Two factors were examined: the first factor was the concentration of AB Mix nutrients, consisting of three levels: 0, 10, and 20 mL L⁻¹; the second factor was the concentration of goat urine LOF, also consisting of three levels: 10, 20, and 30 mL L⁻¹. The results showed that the AB Mix nutrient concentration had a highly significant effect on plant height at 21, 28, and 35 days after transplanting (DAT), number of leaves at 14, 21, 28, and 35 DAT, leaf length, leaf width, root length, and fresh biomass weight. It also had a significant effect on plant height at 14 DAT. The best growth and yield of pagoda mustard were observed at the AB Mix concentration of 20 mL L⁻¹. The goat urine LOF concentration had a highly significant effect on plant height and number of leaves at 14, 21, 28, and 35 DAT, leaf length, leaf width, and fresh biomass weight, and a significant effect on root length. The best growth and yield of pagoda mustard were obtained at the goat urine LOF concentration of 10 mL L⁻¹. There was a highly significant interaction between AB Mix nutrient concentration and goat urine LOF concentration on leaf length, leaf width, and fresh biomass weight. Additionally, a significant interaction was observed on plant height at 21, 28, and 35 DAT, and number of leaves at 35 DAT. The best growth and yield of pagoda mustard were achieved with the combination of 10 mL L⁻¹ AB Mix and 10 mL L⁻¹ goat urine LOF.
