Tujuan perancangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah hotel bintang lima dengan konsep green architecture akan memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap lingkungan dan keberlanjutan. green architecture bertujuan untuk mengurangi jejak lingkungan bangunan dan memaksimalkan efisiensi energi. dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ini dalam desain dan konstruksi hotel di aceh dapat mengurangi konsumsi energi, air, dan sumber daya alam lainnya, serta mengurangi emisi karbon. ini sejalan dengan upaya global untuk mengatasi perubahan iklim dan melestarikan lingkungan alam. hotel bintang lima dengan konsep green architecture akan memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap lingkungan dan keberlanjutan. jumlah wisatawan di kota banda aceh terus meningkat dari tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2023. tahun 2023 jumlah wisatawan sebanyak 382.029 orang. melihat bahwa adanya potensi jumlah wisatawan tersebut, maka bisnis perhotelan memiliki sebuah peluang yang sangat besar di kota banda aceh. sedangkan di banda aceh belum terdapat banyak akomodasi penginapan dengan kategori hotel bintang lima. selain itu, pembangunan hotel bintang lima juga akan memberikan dampak positif dalam pengembangan infrastruktur pariwisata. untuk mendukung operasional hotel, dibutuhkan investasi dalam penyediaan akses transportasi, fasilitas umum, dan layanan pendukung lainnya. ini akan mendorong peningkatan investasi di sektor-sektor terkait dan memperbaiki konektivitas antara destinasi pariwisata di aceh, yang pada gilirannya akan memperluas potensi pariwisata di seluruh provinsi. kata kunci: perancangan, hotel bintang lima, green architecture, banda aceh

The purpose of this design is to produce a five-star hotel with a green architecture concept that will have a significant positive impact on the environment and sustainability. Green architecture aims to reduce the environmental footprint of buildings and maximize energy efficiency. By applying these principles in the design and construction of hotels in Aceh, it can reduce the consumption of energy, water, and other natural resources, as well as reduce carbon emissions. This is in line with global efforts to address climate change and preserve the natural environment. A five-star hotel with a green architecture concept will have a significant positive impact on the environment and sustainability. The number of tourists in Banda Aceh City continued to increase from 2019 to 2023. In 2023, the number of tourists is projected to reach 382,029. Given this potential, the hotel industry offers significant potential in Banda Aceh. Meanwhile, Banda Aceh lacks numerous five-star accommodation options. Furthermore, the construction of five-star hotels will positively impact tourism infrastructure development. To support hotel operations, investment in transportation access, public facilities, and other supporting services is needed. This will encourage increased investment in related sectors and improve connectivity between tourism destinations in Aceh, which in turn will expand tourism potential throughout the province.
