Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teacher self-efficacy terhadap job satisfaction dan subjective wellbeing yang dimediasi oleh career sustainability pada guru sekolah dasar di korwil darul aman kabupaten aceh timur. penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar di korwil darul aman kabupaten aceh timur dengan total sebanyak 452 orang. guru-guru tersebut tersebar di 38 sekolah dasar yang berada di empat kecamatan dalam wilayah korwil tersebut. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan teknik cluster random sampling. data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket dan g-form terhadap 212 guru sekolah dasar di korwil darul aman sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian. sampel ini ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan statistical package for the social sciences (spss). hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa teacher self-efficacy, job satisfaction dan subjective wellbeing berpengaruh terhadap career sustainability. hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa variabel career sustainability memediasi antara variabel teacher self-efficacy terhadap job satisfaction dan subjective wellbeing. kata kunci: teacher self-efficacy, job satisfaction, subjective wellbeing, career sustainability



Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Teacher Self-efficacy on Job Satisfaction and Subjective Wellbeing mediated by Career Sustainability in Elementary School Teachers in Darul Aman Regional Office, East Aceh Regency. This research is quantitative research, data collection using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in the Darul Aman Regional Office of East Aceh Regency with a total of 452 people. The teachers are spread across 38 elementary schools located in four sub-districts in the regional office. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with cluster random sampling. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and g-forms to 212 Elementary School Teachers in the Darul Aman Regional Office as a sample representing the study population. this sample was determined using the slovin formula. The data analysis method used was Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results found that Teacher Self-efficacy, Job Satisfaction and Subjective Wellbeing affect Career Sustainability. The results also found that the Career Sustainability variable mediates between the Teacher Self-efficacy variable on Job Satisfaction and Subjective Wellbeing.
