Abstrak tujuan dilakukannya studi ini untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh career beliefs dan career self-efficacy terhadap vuca skills yang dimediasi oleh social support pada pegawai kantor wilayah kementrian agama provinsi aceh. jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrumen. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil pada kantor wilayah kementrian agama provinsi aceh yang berjumlah 158 orang. penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan pendekatan simple random sampling. data diperoleh dengan menyebaran angket kepada 114 orang pegawai negeri sipil sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian. metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partial least square (pls) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak smartpls versi 4. hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa career beliefs, career self-efficacy dan social support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap vuca skills. hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa variabel social support memediasi pengaruh career beliefs dan career self-efficacy terhadap vuca skills. kata kunci: career beliefs, career self-efficacy, vuca skills, social support



Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of career beliefs and career self-efficacy on VUCA skills mediated by social support among civil servants at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Aceh Province. This is a quantitative study, with data collected using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study consists of all civil servants at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Aceh Province, totaling 158 people. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 114 civil servants as a sample representing the study population. The analysis method used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 4 software. The analysis results showed that career beliefs, career self-efficacy, and social support significantly influence VUCA skills. The study also found that the social support variable mediates the influence of career beliefs and career self-efficacy on VUCA skills.
