Globalisasi menuntut tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang terdidik, terlatih, dan terampil, sehingga pendidikan bermutu sangat diperlukan. penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi (x1), motivasi kerja (x2), dan kepuasan kerja (z) terhadap kinerja pengajar (y), baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja (z) dengan sobel-test. penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 144 pengajar di dayah modern darul ulum. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi (x1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pengajar (y) dengan nilai t = 3,046 dan signifikansi 0,003. motivasi kerja (x2) juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan t = 3,046 dan signifikansi 0,027. kepuasan kerja (z) memberikan kontribusi terbesar dengan t = 3,291 dan signifikansi 0,001. selain itu, budaya organisasi (x1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (z) (t = 6,206; sig. 0,000) dan motivasi kerja (x2) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (z) (t = 7,994; sig. 0,000). secara tidak langsung, budaya organisasi (x1) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja (y) melalui kepuasan kerja (z) (two tailed 0,0039; t-statistic 2,888) dan motivasi kerja (x2) berpengaruh melalui kepuasan kerja (z) (two-tailed 0,0025; t-statistic 3,025). kesimpulannya, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pengajar, baik langsung maupun melalui variabel mediasi.



Abstract

Globalization demands the availability of educated, trained, and skilled human resources, making quality education essential. This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Job Satisfaction (Z) on Teachers’ Performance (Y), both directly and indirectly through the mediation of Job Satisfaction (Z) using the Sobel Test. The research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 144 teachers at Dayah Modern Darul Ulum. The results show that Organizational Culture (X1) has a significant influence on Teachers’ Performance (Y) with a t-value of 3.046 and a significance of 0.003. Work Motivation (X2) also has a significant effect with a t-value of 3.046 and a significance of 0.027. Job Satisfaction (Z) makes the greatest contribution with a t-value of 3.291 and a significance of 0.001. In addition, Organizational Culture (X1) significantly affects Job Satisfaction (Z) (t = 6.206; sig. 0.000), and Work Motivation (X2) also significantly affects Job Satisfaction (Z) (t = 7.994; sig. 0.000). Indirectly, Organizational Culture (X1) influences Teachers’ Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z) (two-tailed 0.0039; t-statistic 2.888), and Work Motivation (X2) also influences Teachers’ Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z) (two-tailed 0.0025; t-statistic 3.025). In conclusion, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Teachers’ Performance, both directly and through the mediating variable.
