Penelitian ini bertujuan menginventarisasi jenis ikan dan deskripsi gonad betina ikan di rawa tripa, desa pulo kruet, kecamatan darul makmur. pelaksanaan penelitian di rawa gambut tripa dan lab struktur dan perkembangan hewan. survei pendahuluan dilakukan pada juli - agustus 2024 dan pengerjaan histologis serta penulisan dilaksanakan pada bulan november 2024 - juni 2025. penentuan lokasi titik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode survei eksploratif, untuk menentukan lokasi digunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kondisi lingkungan yaitu terdapat ikan target yang terdapat pada lahan basah area rawa tripa. pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan gill net, alat pancing, dan perangkap ikan. sediaan histologis gonad ikan dibuat menggunakan metode paraffin dengan pewarnaan hematoksilin dan eosin. data jenis-jenis ikan, faktor kualitas air, dan struktur histologis gonad betina ikan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel dan gambar. hasil penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 88 individu ikan yang terdiri dari 12 famili dan 23 spesies. spesies ikan dengan individu paling banyak yang ditemukan saat penelitian adalah mystacoleucus marginatus v., osteochilus kappenii b, osteochilus hasseltii v., rasbora lateristriga b,. yaitu masing-masing sebanyak 10 individu. spesies ikan yang hanya ditemukan satu individu saat penelitian adalah channa striata b., channa cyanospilos b., butis amboinensis b., butis.sp b., glossogobius giuris h., betta anabatoides b., oreochromis niloticus l., leptobarbus hosii r. parameter lingkungan di rawa tripa yaitu, suhu berkisar 25-30o c dengan rata-rata 26,67±1,86, ph berkisar 4-7 dengan rata-rata 5,5±1,38, dan do berkisar 3-7 mg/l dengan rata-rata 5±1,89 mg/l. histologis gonad betina ikan yang didapatkan berasal dari spesies 5 spesies yaitu, channa lucius c., oreochromis niloticus l., mystacoleucus marginatus v., osteochilus hasseltii v., dan osteochilus kappenii v. kata kunci: rawa gambut, ikan, inventarisasi, histologis, gonad, lingkungan



Abstract

Research of inventory fish species and describe the gonads of female fish in the Tripa Swamp, Pulo Kruet Village, Darul Makmur District. The research was conducted in the Tripa Peat Swamp and the Animal Structure and Development Laboratory. A preliminary survey was carried out from July to August 2024, while histological processing and writing took place from November 2024 to June 2025. The sampling point locations were determined using an exploratory survey method, with purposive sampling based on environmental conditions, specifically the presence of target fish species in the wetland areas of the Tripa Swamp. Samples were collected using gill nets, fishing rods, and fish traps. Histological preparations of the fish gonads were made using the paraffin method, with hematoxylin and eosin staining. Fish species data, water quality factors, and the histological structure of female fish gonads were analyzed descriptively and presented in tables and figures. The study found 88 individual fish representing 12 families and 23 species. The most frequently encountered species were Mystacoleucus marginatus V., Osteochilus kappenii B., Osteochilus hasseltii V., and Rasbora lateristriga B., each with 10 individuals. Species found as single individuals were Channa striata B., Channa cyanospilos B., Butis amboinensis B., Butis sp. B., Glossogobius giuris H., Betta anabatoides B., Oreochromis niloticus L., and Leptobarbus hosii R. Environmental parameters in the Tripa Swamp were as follows: temperature ranged from 25–30°C with an average of 26.67±1.86°C, pH ranged from 4–7 with an average of 5.5±1.38, and dissolved oxygen (DO) ranged from 3–7 mg/L with an average of 5±1.89 mg/L. Histological analysis of female fish gonads was conducted on five species: Channa lucius C., Oreochromis niloticus L., Mystacoleucus marginatus V., Osteochilus hasseltii V., and Osteochilus kappenii V.
