[skripsi/tesis. universitas syiah kuala]. di bawah bimbingan prof. dr. zulfadli a. aziz, s.pd., m.a., dan nurul inayah, s.pd., m.tesol. mengembangkan sebuah lembar kerja yang efektif memerlukan dasar pedagogis yang kuat, dan lembar kerja tersebut harus memenuhi kriteria tertentu agar dianggap efektif untuk siswa. sebagai pendidik masa depan, mahasiswa calon guru diharapkan mampu merancang lembar kerja yang efektif. oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah apakah lembar kerja yang dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa calon guru efektif untuk siswa serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang mereka hadapi dalam pengembangannya. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. subjek penelitian adalah delapan mahasiswa calon guru dari jurusan bahasa inggris universitas syiah kuala, dan objek penelitiannya adalah lembar kerja siswa yang mereka buat. data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen terhadap lembar kerja dan wawancara terarah. data dianalisis dalam tiga tahap: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun secara umum lembar kerja telah memenuhi persyaratan dasar didaktik, konstruksi, dan teknis, masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan yang membatasi efektivitas pedagogisnya. kata kunci: efl, lembar kerja siswa yang efektif, mahasiswa calon guru

[Skripsi/Tesis. Universitas Syiah Kuala]. Under supervision Prof. Dr. Zulfadli A. Aziz, S.Pd., M.A., and Nurul Inayah, S.Pd., M.TESOL. Developing an effective worksheet required a strong pedagogical foundation, and it had to meet certain criteria to be considered effective for students. As future educators, pre-service teachers were expected to be able to design effective worksheets. Therefore, this study aimed to examine whether the worksheets developed by pre-service teachers were effective for students and to identify the challenges they faced in developing them. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of the study were eight pre-service teachers from the English Department of Syiah Kuala University, and the objects were the student worksheets they created. The data was collected through document analysis of the worksheets and guided interviews. The data were analyzed in three stages: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions and verification. The findings revealed that while the worksheets generally fulfilled the basic didactic, construction, and technical requirements, several weaknesses remained that limited their pedagogical effectiveness.
