Pt tata bara utama merupakan perusahaan industri yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pertambangan saat ini menjalankan kegiatan operasional di wilayah izin usaha pertambangan (iup) milik pt bara energi lestari, yang berlokasi di kabupaten nagan raya, provinsi aceh, dengan luas area sebesar 1.495 hektar. hingga saat ini akhir triwulan iii tahun 2024, kegiatan penambangan masih berlangsung, namun untuk periode triwulan iv belum tersedia rancangan sebagai acuan produksi. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun rancangan sequence penambangan pada triwulan iv tahun 2024. metodologi yang digunakan mencakup studi literatur, obeservasi lapangan, serta pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. data cycle time digunakan untuk menghitung produktivitas alat, yang kemudian dijadikan dasar perhitungan produksi bulanan. rancangan sequence dibuat berdasarakan kontur dari software spry scheduler. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas produksi overburden selama triwulan iv adalah sebesar 3.549.114,89 bcm atau 4.412.675,49 lcm, dan produksi batubara sebesar 844.007,77 ton, dengan nilai stripping ratio 4,20 bcm/ton. material overburden direncanakan dibuang ke area disposal inpit dan outpit dump dengan jarak rata-rata ± 1km. total kapasitas disposal dirancangkan mencapai 4.952.705,25 lcm, yang mampu menampung seluruh overburden tanah penutup yang dihasilkan selama triwulan iv.



Abstract

PT Tata Bara Utama is a mining services company currently operating in the mining permit area (IUP) owned by PT Bara Energi Lestari, located in Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province, covering an area of 1,495 hectares. As of end of the third quarter of 2024, mining activities are still on going, however, no mine planning has yet been established to serve as a production guidline for the fourth quarter. This syudy aims to develop a mining sequence plan for the fourth quarter of 2024. The methodology includes literature review, field observation, and the collection of both primary and secondary data. Cycle time data were used to calculate equipment productivity, which then served as the basis for monthly production capacity estimation. The sequence design was created base on countours using Spry Scheduler software. The result indicate that the total overburden production during the fourth quarter amounts to 3.549.114,89 BCM or 4.412.675,49 LCM, and coal production reaches 844.007,77 tons, with an average stripping ratio of 4.20 BCM/ton. The overburden material is planned be to dumped into inpit and outpit dump areas with an average hauling distance of approximately 1 km. The total design disposal capacity is 4.952.705,25 LCM, which is sufficient to accommodate the entire volume of overburden generated during the fourth quarter
