[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan dr. nana suraiya, s.pd., m.pd., dan a. razak, s.pd., m.s.m. mbkm usk unggul mengajar di sekolah merupakan program nasional yang harus dilaksanakan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan baik soft skill maupun hard skill. soft skill juga dapat diartikan sebagai kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh individu yang berhubungan dengan kecerdasan emosional, baik untuk dirinya sendiri maupun untuk orang lain. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mbkm usk unggul mengajar di sekolah terhadap meningkatkan soft skill mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. populasi berjumlah 68 mahasiswa. pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 43 mahasiswa. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan menguji uji t. berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh y = 20,137 + 0,942x. adapun koefisien regresi x sebesar 0,942 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% variabel mbkm usk unggul mengajar di sekolah maka variabel soft skill bertambah sebesar 0,942 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa mbkm usk unggul (x) memiliki arah pengaruh positif terhadap soft skill (y), dengan r2 sebesar 0,822 yang berarti bahwa sebesar 82,2% yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel mbkm usk unggul mempengaruhi soft skill mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi, sedangkan 17,8% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t pada taraf signifikan 0,05 yaitu thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (9.250 > 2.01954) sehingga hipotesis ho ditolak dan ha diterima. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mbkm usk unggul berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap meningkatkan soft skill pada mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi. kata kunci: mbkm usk unggul, soft skill, mahasiswa

Under the guidance of Dr. Nana Suraiya, S.Pd., M.Pd., and A. Razak, S.Pd., M.S.M. MBKM USK Unggul Teaching in Schools is a national program that must be implemented by universities to improve graduate competencies, both soft skills and hard skills. Soft skills can also be interpreted as abilities possessed by individuals related to emotional intelligence, both for themselves and for others. This study aims to determine the effect of MBKM USK Unggul Teaching in Schools on improving the soft skills of Economic Education students. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. The population was 68 students. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 43 students. Data were collected using library research and field research techniques. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression by testing the t-test. Based on the results of the regression test, Y = 20.137 + 0.942X. Was obtained. the regression coefficient X of 0.942 states that for every 1% increase in the MBKM USK Unggul Mengajar variable in schools, the soft skill variable increases by 0,942 so that it can be said that MBKM USK Unggul (X) has a positive influence on soft skill (Y), with R2 of 0.822 which means that 82.2% indicates that the MBKM USK Unggul variable affects the soft skills of Economic Education students, while 17.8% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. The results of the hypothesis test with the t-test at a significant level of 0.05, namely tcount is greater than ttable (9.250> 2.01954) so that the Ho hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of this study indicate that MBKM USK Unggul has a positive and significant effect on improving soft skills in Economic Education students. Keywords: MBKM USK Unggul, Soft Skill, Students
