Internet of things (iot) merupakan teknologi yang memungkinkan integrasi antar perangkat untuk mempermudah aktivitas manusia, termasuk didalamnya pemantauan penggunaan air. penelitian ini merancang dan membagun prototipe sistem monitoring debit air serta deteksi kebocoran pada instalasi pipa jaringan rumah berbasis iot. sistem menggunakan nodemcu esp32 sebagai mikrokontroler, sensor flowmeter yf-s201 untuk mengukur aliran air, serta platform blynk untuk menampilkan data secara real-time dan memberikan notifikasi melalui telegram, sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pengguna terhadap konsumsi air serta memberikan peringatan dini apabila terjadi kebocoran, yang dideteksi berdasarkan selisih debit antara dua sensor. hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa sensor memiliki kesalahan pengukuran relatif

Abstract
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology that enables integration between devices to simplify and support various human activities, including monitoring water usage. This research aims to design and develop a prototype of a water flow monitoring and leakage detection system in household pipe installations based on IoT. The system utilizes a NodeMCU ESP32 as the microcontroller, a YF-S201 flowmeter sensor to measure water flow, and the Blynk platform to display real-time data and send notifications via Telegram. This system is designed to improve user awareness of water consumption and provide early warning in the event of a leak, which is detected based on the flow rate difference between two sensors. The test results show that the flowmeter sensor has a relative error of less than 0.1%, and the system functions properly by automatically sending notifications. Therefore, this system can serve as an effective solution for efficient household water management and timely leak detection.
