Pendidikan merupakan salah satu fondasi utama untuk membentuk kualitas sumber daya manusia. oleh karena itu diperlukan calon guru profesional agar memiliki kesiapan dalam menjalankan perannya di dunia pendidikan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah praktik pengalaman lapangan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan calon guru profesional pada pendidikan profesi guru prajabatan universitas syiah kuala; (2) apakah prestasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan calon guru profesional pada pendidikan profesi guru prajabatan universitas syiah kuala; (3) apakah praktik pengalaman lapangan dan prestasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan calon guru profesional pada pendidikan profesi guru prajabatan universitas syiah kuala. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel 45 mahasiswa ppg uiniversitas syiah kuala. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner melalui google form. teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis dan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan spps versi 27. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara praktik pengalaman lapangan terhadap kesiapan calon guru profesional pada pendidikan profesi guru prajabatan universitas syiah kuala dengan hasil t- 11,939 > t-tabel 2,014 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan calon guru profesional pada pendidikan profesi guru prajabatan universitas syiah kuala dengan hasil t-hitung 12,177 > t-tabel 2,014 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05: (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara praktik pengalaman lapangan dan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan calon guru profesional pada pendidikan profesi guru prajabatan universitas syiah kuala dengan hasil f-hitung 99,351 > f-tabel 3,20 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kesiapan calon guru profesional pada pendidikan profesi guru prajabatan universitas syiah kuala.



Abstract

Education is one of the main foundations for forming the quality of human resources. Therefore, prospective professional teachers are needed to be ready to carry out their roles in the world of education. This study aims to determine: (1) whether field experience practices have an effect on the readiness of prospective professional teachers in the Pre-Service Teacher Professional Education at Syiah Kuala University; (2) whether learning achievement has an effect on the readiness of prospective professional teachers in the pre-service teacher professional education at Syiah Kuala University; (3) whether field experience practices and learning achievement have an effect on the readiness of prospective professional teachers in the pre-service teacher professional education at Syiah Kuala University. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 45 PPG students at Syiah Kuala University. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test and for data processing using SPPS Version 27. The results of the study showed that: (1) there is a significant influence between field experience practice on the readiness of prospective professional teachers in pre-service teacher professional education at Syiah Kuala University with the results of t-11.939 > t-table 2.014 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) there is a significant influence between learning achievement on the readiness of prospective professional teachers in pre-service teacher professional education at Syiah Kuala University with the results of t-count 12.177 > t-table 2.014 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05: (3) there is a significant influence between field experience practice and learning achievement on the readiness of prospective professional teachers in pre-service teacher professional education at Syiah Kuala University with the results of F- count 99.351 > F-table 3.20 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the research results, there is a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the readiness of prospective professional teachers in pre- service teacher professional education at Syiah Kuala University.
