[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan a. razak, s.pd, m.sm., dan dr. raihani, s.pd, m.si. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara penetapan harga jual ayam potong di pasar neusu aceh kecamatan baiturrahman dan menghitung laba bersih yang diperoleh pedagang ayam potong di pasar neusu aceh kecamatan baiturrahman. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. metode penelitian ini untuk menentukan harga jual adalah dengan cara menambahkan mark up atau laba yang diinginkan pada harga beli per satuan (harga jual = harga beli + mark up). subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pedagang ayam potong di pasar neusu aceh yang berjumlah lima orang dengan objek dari penelitian ini pasar neusu aceh kecamatan baiturrahman. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. teknik analisis data dalam kualitatif dilakukan sejak sebelum memasuki lapangan, selama di lapangan dan setelah selesai di lapangan. teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. hasil penelitian ini adalah yang berprofesi sebagai pedagang ayam potong di pasar neusu aceh adalah laki-laki dengan rentang usia 35-53 tahun dan sebagian besar adalah pekerjaan utama. ring pendapatan laba bersih penjualan ayam potong di pasar neusu aceh diantara rp. 300.000 – rp. 410.000 perhari dan rp.103.140.000 – rp.148.450.000 pertahun 2022, rp. 335.000 – rp. 440.000 perhari dan rp.115.915.000 – rp.161.225.000 pertahun 2023, rp. 370.000 – rp. 480.000 perhari dan rp.128.690.000 – rp.174.000.000 pertahun 2024. berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) penetapan harga jual ayam potong berdasarkan indikator biaya sangat memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan penjualan untuk mendapatkan laba maksimal (2) laba bersih penjualan ayam potong diperoleh setelah dikurangi biaya-biaya yaitu biaya perhari seperti upah pekerja, pajak pasar, pembelian batok kelapa dan biaya perbulan seperti listrik pasca bayar dan pembelian gas elpiji 12kg. kata kunci: penetapan harga, indikator biaya, laba bersih.

This research aims to determine the selling price of broiler chickens at the Neusu Market in Aceh Baiturrahman District and calculate the net profit earned by broiler chickens traders at the Neusu Market in Aceh Baiturrahman District. This research used a qualitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive. This research method for determining the selling price is by adding a mark up or desired profit to the purchase price per unit (Selling Price = Purchase Price + Mark Up). The subjects of this research were five broiler chicken traders at the Neusu Aceh Market, with the object of this research being the Neusu Aceh Market, Baiturrahman District. T h e d a t a c o l l e c t i o n s t e c h n i q u e s u s e d i n t h i s r e s e a r c h w e r e o b s e r v a t i o n , i n t e r v i e w s a n d d o c u m e n t a t i o n m e t h o d s . Q u a l i t a t i v e d a t a a n a l y s i s t e c h n i q u e s a r e c a r r i e d o u t b e o r e e n t e r i n g t h e f i e l d , w h i l e i n t h e f i l e d a n d a t e r f i n i s h i n g i n t h e f i e l d . T h e d a t a a n a l y s i s t e c h n i q u e s u s e d i n t h i s r e s e a r c h a r e d a t a c o l l e c t i o n , d a t a r e d u c t i o n , d a t a p r e s e n t a t i o n , a n d d r a w i n g c o n c l u s i o n s . The result of this research show that those who work as broiler chicken traders at the Neusu Market in Aceh are men with an age range 35-53 years old and most of them have their main job. Ring net profit income from selling broiler chickens at the Neusu Market in Aceh is between Rp.300.000 - Rp.410.000 per day and Rp.103.140.000 - Rp.148.450.000 per year 2022, Rp.335.000 - Rp.440.000 per day and Rp.115.915.000 - Rp.161.225.000 per year 2023, and Rp.370.000 - Rp.480.000 per day and Rp.128.690.000 - Rp.174.000.000 per year 2024. Based on the research results, it is known that (1) determining the selling price of broiler chickens based on cost indicators has a significant impact on increasing sales to obtain maximum profits, (2) the net profit from selling broiler chickens is obtained after deducting costs, that is daily costs such as workers’wages, market taxes, purchasing coconut shells and monthly costs such as postpaid electricity and purchasing 12kg LPG gas.
