Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi, integritas, dan penempatan kerja terhadap penerapan good governance serta dampaknya pada kinerja instansi polda aceh dengan perilaku kewargaan organisasi sebagai pemoderasi. populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh personil polri yang ditempatkan di polda aceh. jumlah populasi yaitu 35.315 personil. sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 396 personil. analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap penerapan good governance pada instansi polda aceh, integritas berpengaruh terhadap penerapan good governance pada instansi polda aceh, penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap penerapan good governance pada instansi polda aceh, kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, integritas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, penempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, perilaku kewargaan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, penerapan good governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, penerapan good governance memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja organisasi, penerapan good governance memediasi pengaruh integritas terhadap kinerja organisasi, penerapan good governance memediasi pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan terdapat moderasi dari perilaku kewargaan organisasi pada pengaruh penerapan good governance terhadap kinerja polda aceh kata kunci: kinerja polda aceh, penempatan kerja, penerapan good governance, perilaku kewargaan organisasi, kompetensi, integritas

This study aims to examine the influence of competence, integrity, and job placement on the implementation of good governance and its impact on the performance of the aceh regional police institution with organizational citizenship behavior as a moderator. The population in this study were all Polri personnel stationed at the Aceh Regional Police. The total population is 35,315 personnel. The sample in this study were 396 personnel. Data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the study show that competence affects the implementation of Good Governance at the Aceh regional police agency, integrity influences the implementation of Good Governance at the Aceh regional police agency, work placement affects the implementation of Good Governance at the Aceh regional police agency, competence affects organizational performance, integrity affects organizational performance, Work Placement does not affect Organizational Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior influences Organizational Performance, Implementation of Good Governance influences Organizational Performance, Implementation of Good Governance mediates the effect of Competence on Organizational Performance, Implementation of Good Governance mediates the effect of Integrity on Organizational Performance, Implementation of Good Governance mediates the effect of Placement Work on Organizational Performance, and Citizenship Organizational Behavior Moderates the influence of the Implementation of Good Governance on the Performance of the Aceh Regional Police Keywords: Organizational Performance, Work Placement, Implementation of Good Governance, Citizenship Organizational Behavior, Competence, Integrity
