Ihsanul ihwal, (2025). strategi guru dalam pembiasaan budaya positif 5s terhadap karakter peserta didik di sd negeri 2 bebesen. dibawah bimbingan ibu mislinawati, s.pdi., m.pd dan ibu nurmasyitah, s.pd., m.ed. penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keberhasilan sd negeri 2 bebesen dalam pembiasaan budaya positif 5s (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, dan santun). hal ini tercermin dalam kebiasaan mereka untuk berinteraksi dengan sopan, saling menyapa, serta menunjukkan kepedulian terhadap sesama. berdasarkan hal tersebut maka yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana strategi guru dalam pembiasaan budaya positif 5s terhadap karakter peserta didik di sd negeri 2 bebesen? penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam pembiasaan buadaya positif 5s terhadap karakter peserta didik di sd negeri 2 bebesen. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 6 orang guru kelas. teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan wawancara. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program budaya positif 5s di sd negeri 2 bebesen menggunakan strategi pengintegrasian nilai pada seluruh mata pelajaran, internalisasi nilai positif oleh semua warga sekolah, integrasi melalui pembiasaan, dan pemberian contoh teladan. simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah, strategi merupakan aspek penting dalam keberhasilan penerapan budaya positif 5s. di sd negeri 2 bebesen strategi yang paling sering digunakan dalam membentuk karakter siswa adalah strategi pemberian contoh teladan dan strategi integrasi melalui pembiasaan. disarankan kepada guru kelas harus terus mendidik karakter siswa melalui program 5s dengan menggunakan strategi yang menarik dan mudah di terima oleh siswa agar karakter yang diharapkan melalui program 5s dapat tercapai. kata kunci : strategi guru, budaya positif 5s, karakter peserta didik

Under the guidance of Mrs. Mislinawati, S.Pdi., M.Pd and Mrs. Nurmasyitah, S.Pd., M.Ed. This research is motivated by the success of SD Negeri 2 Bebesen in the habituation of positive culture 5S (Smile, Greet, Greet, Polite, and Courteous). This is reflected in their habits to interact politely, greet each other, and show concern for others. Based on this, the formulation of the problem in this study is how is the teacher's strategy in the habituation of positive culture 5S towards the character of students at SD Negeri 2 Bebesen? This study aims to determine the Teacher's Strategy in the Habit of Positive Culture 5S towards the character of students at SD Negeri 2 Bebesen. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The subjects of this study were 6 class teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and interviews. The results of the study showed that the positive culture program 5S at SD Negeri 2 Bebesen uses the strategy of integrating values in all subjects, internalizing positive values by all school residents, integration through habituation, and providing exemplary examples. The conclusion in this study is that strategy is an important aspect in the successful implementation of positive culture 5S. In SDN 2 Bebesen, the most frequently used strategies in shaping students’ character are the strategy of providing role models and the strategy of integration through habituation. It is suggested that class teachers continue to educate students’ character through the 5S program using strategies that are interesting and easily accepted by students so that the expected character through the 5S program can be achieved.
