Analisis faktor kelancaran rantai pasok alat berat pada pekerjaan konstruksi jalan oleh: rahmi islamiati nim. 2304201010012 komisi pembimbing: 1. dr. ir. alfa taras bulba, s.t., m.sc 2. dr. cut zukhrina oktaviani, s.t., m.t. abstrak pembangunan jaringan infrastruktur adalah tugas yang kompleks yang memerlukan koordinasi ketat di antara para pelaku yang meliputi pemilik, investor, desainer, kontraktor, dan berbagai pemasok. pemasok peralatan berat memegang peran penting untuk memastikan realisasi proyek konstruksi. namun, praktik umum konstruksi terutama berfokus pada penyelesaian proyek dari pada rantai pasok peralatan berat. penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel dan dan menganalisis variabel yang mempengaruhi rantai pasok alat berat. metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada kontraktor yang berpengalaman dalam proyek jalan selama tiga tahun terakhir, analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak spss, termasuk analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis regresi linier berganda. target hasil pada penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan efesiensi rantai pasok alat berat. berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengaruh sebesar 76,6% terhadap pencapaian rantai pasok alat berat pada konstruksi jalan di kabupaten aceh besar. faktor yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap pencapaian rantai pasok alat berat pada konstruksi jalan di kabupaten aceh besar adalah faktor operasional . kata kunci : alat berat, konstruksi, infrastruktur, analisis rantai pasok

ABSTRACT The construction of infrastructure networks is a complex task that requires tight coordination among actors including owners, investors, designers, contractors, and various suppliers. Heavy equipment suppliers play an important role in ensuring the realization of construction projects. However, common construction practices mainly focus on project completion rather than the heavy equipment supply chain. This study was conducted analyze variables that affect the heavy equipment supply chain and understand the relationship between variables and examine the interaction between various factors in road construction in Aceh Besar Regency. This research method uses a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to contractors who have experience in road projects for the past three years, Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics software, including descriptive analysis, simple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The target results in this study are practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of the heavy equipment supply chain. Based on the determination coefficient value, it shows an influence of 76,6% on the achievement of the heavy equipment supply chain in road construction in Aceh Besar Regency. The most dominant factor influencing the achievement of the heavy equipment supply chain in road construction in Aceh Besar Regency is the operational factor.
