Remaja merupakan generasi penerus bangsa yang sedang berada dalam fase pencarian jati diri, sehingga rentan terhadap berbagai permasalahan sosial seperti kenakalan remaja, putus sekolah, hingga kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. kota banda aceh sebagai ibu kota provinsi aceh juga tidak lepas dari permasalahan tersebut. di banda aceh sendiri jumlah anak putus sekolah pada tahun 2023 adalah 1.897 jiwa (kemendikbudristek 2024). namun, fasilitas pembinaan yang tersedia masih belum memadai secara fungsional maupun psikologis dalam mendukung proses pembinaan remaja. perancangan ini bertujuan agar para remaja mendapatkan fasilitas pembinaan dan pelatihan sesuai bidang keahlian yang diminati. dengan adanya panti sosial bina remaja ini diharapkan para remaja dapat memperoleh bekal keterampilan hidup dan kepercayaan diri untuk kembali ke masyarakat secara mandiri dan produktif. selain itu panti sosial bina remaja ini dapat mengatasi masalah remaja yang terlantar dan putus sekolah serta meningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia remaja di banda aceh. merancang panti sosial bina remaja di kota banda aceh dengan pendekatan arsitektur perilaku, guna menciptakan lingkungan fisik yang mampu memengaruhi dan membentuk perilaku positif remaja. pendekatan ini menekankan pentingnya hubungan timbal balik antara ruang dan perilaku, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek psikologis, sosial, dan budaya remaja aceh dalam proses desain. kata kunci: panti sosial, panti sosial bina remaja, remaja, banda aceh, arsitektur perilaku, pembinaan, pelatihan.

Teenagers are the future generation of the nation who are currently in a phase of self-discovery, making them vulnerable to various social issues such as juvenile delinquency, school dropouts, and domestic violence. As the capital city of Aceh Province, Banda Aceh is also not exempt from these issues. In Banda Aceh alone, the number of school dropouts in 2023 reached 1,897 individuals (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, 2024). However, the available rehabilitation facilities are still inadequate, both functionally and psychologically, in supporting the developmental process of adolescents. This design aims to provide adolescents with rehabilitation and training facilities according to their interests and areas of expertise. Through the establishment of this Social Rehabilitation Center for Adolescents, it is expected that they will gain life skills and self-confidence to reintegrate into society in an independent and productive manner. In addition, the center is intended to address the problems faced by neglected and school-dropout youth, while also contributing to the improvement of human resource quality among teenagers in Banda Aceh. The Social Rehabilitation Center for Adolescents in Banda Aceh is designed using a behavioral architecture approach, which seeks to create a physical environment that can influence and shape positive behavior in teenagers. This approach emphasizes the reciprocal relationship between space and behavior, while taking into account the psychological, social, and cultural aspects of Acehnese youth throughout the design process.
