Jalan teuku umar merupakan salah satu jalan utama dan strategis di kota banda aceh. pada penelitian ini, ruas jalan yang dikaji dibatasi sepanjang 200 meter, yaitu dari sta 1+150 hingga sta 1+350. aktivitas sepanjang segmen ini beragam seperti pergerakan pejalan kaki yang menyusuri dan menyeberangi jalan, lalu lintas kendaraan yang ramai, parkir sembarangan, serta pelaku usaha yang menggunakan trotoar sebagai lapak dagangan, menyebabkan kepadatan dan mengganggu kinerja jalur pedestrian. akibatnya, fasilitas pedestrian tidak berfungsi optimal dan pejalan kaki terpaksa berbaur langsung dengan moda transportasi, sehingga diperlukan fasilitas yang menciptakan rasa aman dan nyaman. berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tentang kondisi eksisting fasilitas jalur pedestrian pada jalan teuku umar agar memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh kementrian pupr pada pedoman perencanaan teknik fasilitas pejalan kaki nomor 18/se/db/2023. metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu membandingkan kriteria standar pedoman perencanaan teknis fasilitas pejalan kaki dengan kondisi sebenarnya. hasil yang didapatkan yaitu kondisi eksisting fasilitas jalur pedestrian pada jalan teuku umar menunjukkan nilai 66,67% fasilitas yang telah memenuhi pedoman perencanaan teknis fasilitas pejalan kaki yang diterbitkan oleh kementrian pupr dengan nomor 18/se/db/2023. dengan periode puncak laju arus pejalan kaki menyusuri tertinggi didapatkan sebanyak 119 orang/15 menit, volume pejalan kaki menyeberang tertinggi sebanyak 117 orang/jam dan volume lalu lintas kendaraan tertinggi sebanyak 6.238 kendaraan/jam. untuk nilai pv2 = 2,8 x 109, p = 91,75 (orang/jam) dan v = 5.400 (kendaraan/jam) serta kecepatan rata-rata



Abstract

Teuku Umar Road is one of the main and strategic roads in Banda Aceh City. In this study, the road section studied was limited to 200 meters long, from STA 1+150 to STA 1+350. Activities along this segmen are diverse such as the movement of pedestrians walking along and across the road, busy vehicle traffic, indiscriminate parking, and businesses that use sidewalks as merchandise stalls, causing density and disrupting the performance of pedestrian paths. As a result, pedestrian facilities do not function optimally and pedestrians are forced to mix directly with transportation modes, so facilities that create a sense of security and comfort are needed. Based on the above problems, this study aims to examine the existing conditions of pedestrian facilities on Teuku Umar street in order to meet the standards set by the Ministry of PUPR in the Pedestrian Facilities Engineering Planning Guidelines Number 18/SE/Db/2023. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method with quantitative descriptive analysis, which compares the standard criteria of the technical planning guidelines for pedestrian facilities with the actual conditions. The results obtained are the existing condition of pedestrian facilities on Jalan Teuku Umar shows a value of 66,67% of facilities that have met the standard criteria as set out in the Pedestrian Facilities Technical Planning Guidelines issued by the Ministry of PUPR with Number 18/SE/Db/2023. With the peak time the highest pedestrians walking along flow of rate was found to be 119 people/15 minutes, the highest pedestrian crossing volume was 117 people/hour and the highest two-way traffic volume was 6.238 vehicles/hour.
