Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pascasarjana universitas syiah kuala pengaruh lingkungan kerja, psychological capital dan job crafting terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement pada kantor pelayanan pajak (kpp) pratama aceh besar oleh iis suryani npm : 2301202010011 konsentrasi : manajemen sumber daya manusia pembimbing pertama : prof. dr. faisal se, m.si. ma pembimbing kedua : dr. a. sakir, se. mm, cfrm tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) kondisi lingkungan kerja, psychological capital, job crafting, dan employee engagement (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) pengaruh psychological capital berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (4) pengaruh job crafting terhadap kinerja pegawai (5) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap employee engagement, (6) pengaruh psychological capital terhadap employee engagement (7) pengaruh job crafting terhadap employee engagement (8) pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai (9) pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui employee engagement, (10) pengaruh tidak langsung psychological capital terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui employee engagement dan (11) pengaruh tidak langsung job crafting terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui employee engagement. peralatan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian analisis structural equation modelling (sem) dengan bantuan program software amos. hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, psychological capital, job crafting, employee engagement dan kinerja pegawai secara deskriptif sudah berjalan dengan baik. lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja, psychological capital dan job crafting yang dimiliki oleh pegawai berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa employee engagement mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai, kemudian hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja, psychological capital dan job crafting pegawai mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, psychological capital dan job crafting secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui employee engagement pegawai kpp pratama aceh besar. kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, psychological capital, job crafting, employee engagement dan kinerja pegawai

ABSTRACT Abstract of Final Paper Submitted to The Examination Committee in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Management on Graduate Program of Syiah Kuala University THE INFLUENCE OF WORK ENVIRONMENT, PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL, AND JOB CRAFTING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AT THE ACEH BESAR TAX OFFICE By IIS SURYANI S/N : 2301202010011 Specialization : Human Resource Management Supervisor : Prof. Dr. Faisal SE, M.Si. MM, CFRM The objectives of this study are to determine: (1) the condition of the work environment, psychological capital, job crafting, and employee engagement, (2) the effect of the work environment on employee performance, (3) the effect of psychological capital on employee performance, (4) the effect of job crafting on employee performance, (5) the effect of the work environment on employee engagement, (6) the effect of psychological capital on employee engagement, (7) the effect of job crafting on employee engagement, (8) the effect of employee engagement on employee performance, (9) the indirect effect of the work environment on employee performance through employee engagement, (10) the indirect effect of psychological capital on employee performance through employee engagement, and (11) the indirect effect of job crafting on employee performance through employee engagement. The research objects in this study are the work environment, psychological capital, job crafting, employee engagement, and employee performance. The data analysis tool used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of the AMOS software. The results of the study indicate that competence, psychological capital, job crafting, employee engagement, and employee performance have been running well descriptively. The findings prove that the work environment, psychological capital, and job crafting owned by employees significantly influence employee engagement. Furthermore, the study also proves that employee engagement has an impact on improving employee performance. The results further confirm that the work environment, psychological capital, and job crafting of employees significantly affect their performance. Additionally, there is an indirect effect of the work environment, psychological capital, and job crafting on employee performance through employee engagement at the Aceh Besar Tax Office.
