Analisis risiko supply chain proyek konstruksi jalan di aceh oleh : chairina miranda sari nim. 2304201010025 komisi pembimbing: 1. dr. ir. alfa taras bulba, s.t., m.sc. 2. dr. cut zukhrina oktaviani, s.t., m.t abstrak peningkatan risiko dalam rantai pasok (supply chain) menjadi salah satu tantangan utama dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi jalan, khususnya di daerah aceh. keterbatasan anggaran dan sumber daya pada proyek-proyek ini menyebabkan risiko-risiko seperti keterlambatan pengiriman material, fluktuasi harga bahan dan kendala ketersediaan material, yang berdampak negatif pada kinerja proyek dari segi waktu, biaya dan mutu. permasalahan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan risiko supply chain yang lebih efektif dan terukur, terutama pada proyek-proyek konstruksi yang memiliki tingkat kompleksitas tinggi dan melibatkan banyak pihak. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis risiko dalam pelaksanaan supply chain serta pengaruh risiko tersebut terhadap kinerja proyek konstruksi jalan di aceh. metode yang digunakan adalah analisis risiko kualitatif dengan matriks risiko untuk menentukan klasifikasi risiko dan analisis pengaruh dengan partial least squares structural equation modeling (pls-sem) untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima faktor utama risiko supply chain, yaitu: supply, control, process, demand dan environment, yang direpresentasikan oleh 50 indikator. risiko control dan environment memiliki klasifikasi tertinggi dalam analisis kualitatif, sehingga perlunya perhatian khusus terhadap kedua faktor tersebut. analisis plssem mengungkapkan bahwa seluruh variabel risiko supply chain memberikan pengaruh signifikan sebesar 85,8% terhadap kinerja proyek konstruksi jalan di aceh. temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko supply chain yang sistematis dan menyeluruh sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja proyek konstruksi jalan di aceh. kata kunci: manajemen risiko, supply chain, konstruksi jalan.

Dr. Cut Zukhrina Oktaviani, S.T., M.T ABSTRACT The increase in risks within the supply chain has become one of the main challenges in the implementation of road construction projects, especially in the Aceh region. Budget and resource limitations on these projects lead to risks such as delays in material delivery, price fluctuations of materials, and material availability constraints, which negatively impact project performance in terms of time, cost, and quality. This issue highlights the importance of more effective and measurable supply chain risk management, especially in construction projects that have a high level of complexity and involve multiple parties. This study aims to identify and analyze risks in the implementation of the supply chain and the impact of those risks on the performance of road construction projects in Aceh. The method used is qualitative risk analysis with a risk matrix to determine risk classification and impact analysis with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM) to measure variable influence. The research results show that there are five main factors of supply chain risk, namely: supply, control, process, demand, and environment, represented by 50 indicators. Control and environment risks have the highest classification in the qualitative analysis, indicating the need for special attention to these two factors. PLS-SEM analysis reveals that all supply chain risk variables have a significant impact of 85.8% on the performance of road construction projects in Aceh. These findings indicate that systematic and comprehensive supply chain risk management is essential to improve the performance of road construction projects in Aceh.
