Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem rekam medis elektronik (rme) berbasis web dengan arsitektur model view controller (mvc) untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan lansia di gampong kopelma darussalam. latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh masih digunakannya sistem manual di puskesmas kopelma darussalam, yang menyebabkan lamanya pencarian data (10-15 menit per pasien), serta keterbatasan literasi teknologi kader dan akses pasien terhadap data kesehatan. metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework laravel dengan pendekatan scrum melalui 7 sprint, dilengkapi pengujian fungsionalitas (black-box testing), usability (system usability scale/sus) dengan 10 responden, dan user acceptance testing (uat) melibatkan 20 responden (12 lansia, 5 kader, 3 petugas). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengurangi waktu pencarian data dari 10-15 menit menjadi instan, memperoleh skor sus rata-rata 83 (kategori excellent), serta mencapai 100% keberhasilan pada semua skenario uat. fitur unggulan meliputi manajemen rekam medis, cetak pdf, dan pemantauan grafik kesehatan. simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa sistem rme berbasis mvc mampu meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan lansia dengan antarmuka yang mudah digunakan, khususnya bagi pengguna dengan literasi teknologi terbatas.

This study aims to develop a web-based Electronic Medical Record (RME) system with a Model View Controller (MVC) architecture to improve elderly health services in Gampong Kopelma Darussalam. The background of the research is based on the use of a manual system at the Kopelma Darussalam Health Center, which causes the length of data searches (10-15 minutes per patient), as well as the limited technological literacy of cadres and patient access to health data. The system development method uses the Laravel framework with the Scrum approach through 7 sprint, equipped with functionality testing (black-box testing), usability (System Usability Scale/SUS) with 10 respondents, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 20 users (12 elderly, 5 cadres, 3 officers). The results showed that the system successfully reduced data search time from 10-15 minutes to instant, obtained an average SUS score of 83 (category excellent), and achieved 100% success in all UAT scenarios. Featured features include medical record management, PDF printing, and health chart monitoring. The conclusion of this research is that the MVC-based RME system is able to improve elderly health services with an easy-to-use interface, especially for users with limited technological literacy.
