Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah (pad), belanja modal, utang belanja, dan sisa lebih pembiayaan anggaran (silpa) terhadap fiscal stress pada pemerintah provinsi di indonesia. populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh provinsi di indonesia selama periode 2018–2022. data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan hasil pemeriksaan atas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah (lhp lkpd). pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 70 data observasi. metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah (pad) dan belanja modal berpengaruh positif terhadap fiscal stress, sementara utang belanja berpengaruh negatif terhadap fiscal stress. adapun sisa lebih pembiayaan anggaran (silpa) tidak berpengaruh terhadap fiscal stress. kata kunci: fiscal stress, pendapatan asli daerah (pad), belanja modal, utang belanja, sisa lebih pembiayaan anggaran (silpa).

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and find the effect of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD), Capital Expenditure, Expenditure Debt, and Excess budget financing (SILPA) on fiscal stress. The population in this study were all provinces in Indonesia in 2018-2022. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Audit Reports on Regional Government Financial Statements (LHP LKPD). The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method, resulting in 70 observations. The analytical method employed in this study is multiple linear regression. Partially the test results show that Original Local Government Revenue (PAD) and Capital Expenditure have a positive effect on fiscal stress, while Expenditure Debt has a negative effect on fiscal stress. Meanwhile, Excess budget financing (SILPA) has no significant effect on fiscal stress.
