[skripsi. universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan drs. syaiful bahri, m.pd dan evi rahmiyati, s.pd., m.ed. employabillty skills akan mempengaruhi persepsi dan penilaian terhadap individu dalam perencanaan karir. maka dari itu employabilitity skills dinilai sangat penting karena karakteristik pekerjaan saat ini menuntut adanya inisiatif, fleksibilitas, dan kemampuan seseorang untuk menangani tugas-tugas yang berbeda. penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui gambaran employabillty skills siswa smk negeri banda aceh, (2) untuk mengetahui gambaran perencanaan karir siswa smk negeri banda aceh, dan (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh employability skills terhadap perencanaan karir siswa smk banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas xi dan xii dari smk negeri 1 banda aceh dan smk negeri 3 banda aceh yang berjumlah 1.148. sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 300 siswa yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik random sampling. instrumen penelitian berupa skala employability skills dan skala perencanaan karir yang disusun dengan modifikasi skala likert. uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas data, uji liniearitas dan uji homogenitas. berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) hampir separuhnya siswa smk negeri 1 dan smk negeri 3 banda aceh 47% memiliki employability skills dalam kategori tinggi. kesembilan aspek keterampilan non-teknis yang dianalisis juga hampir separuhnya berada pada kategori tinggi. hal ini menunjukkan siswa menguasai keterampilan kerja dengan baik sehingga mereka siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja. dalam hal ini sekolah perlu mendukung dengan program pengembangan keterampilan non-teknis agar lulusan siap bersaing di industri. (2) sebanyak 54% memiliki kemampuan perencanaan karir dalam kategori tinggi, termasuk dalam lima aspek yang diukur. ini menunjukkan pemahaman dan kemampuan mereka dalam merencanakan karir setelah lulus dari smk. sekolah perlu menyediakan program yang menunjang perencanaan karir siswa. (3) hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa employability skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir siswa, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,408 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. nilai koefisien determinasi (r²) sebesar 45,4% menunjukkan bahwa variasi dalam perencanaan karir dapat dijelaskan oleh employability skills, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 54,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. kata kunci: employability skills, perencanaan karir

Under the guidance of Drs. Syaiful Bahri, M.Pd and Evi Rahmiyati, S.Pd., M.Ed. Employabillty skills will affect perceptions and assessments of individuals in career planning. Therefore, employability skills are considered very important because the characteristics of today's work require initiative, flexibility, and the ability to handle different tasks. This study aims (1) to determine description of employabillty skills Students of Banda Aceh State Vocational School, (2) to find out the description of Career Planning for Students of Banda Aceh State Vocational School, and (3) to determine the effect of employability skills on career planning of students of Banda Aceh State Vocational School. Skills on career planning of Banda Aceh vocational students. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of causal associative research. The population of this study were students in grades XI and XII from Banda Aceh State Vocational School 1 and Banda Aceh State Vocational School 3 which amounted to 1,148. The sample of this study 300 students were conducted using random sampling technique. The research instrument in the form of employability skills scale and career planning scale prepared with a modified likert scale. The classical assumption test uses the normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Based on the results t is known that (1) almost half of the students of SMK Negeri 1 and SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh, 47% have employability skills in the high category. The nine aspects of non- technical skills analyzed were also almost half in the high category This shows that students master work skills well so that they are ready to enter the world of work. In this case, schools need to support with non-technical skills development programs so that graduates are ready to compete in the industry. (2) A total of 54% have career planning skills in the high category, including in the five aspects measured. This shows their understanding and ability to plan their careers after graduating from SMK. Schools need to provide programs that support students' career planning. (3) The regression analysis results show that employability skills have a positive and significant effect on student career planning, with a regression coefficient value of 0.408 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 45.4% indicates that variations in career planning can be explained by employability skills, while the remaining 54.6% is influenced by other factors.
