Posyandu merupakan layanan kesehatan masyarakat di indonesia yang berperan penting dalam pemantauan kesehatan serta perkembangan tumbuh kembang anak. namun, di posyandu desa kopelma darussalam pencatatan data kesehatan masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga rentan terjadi kesalahan dan kurang efisien. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem rekam medis elektronik (rme) berbasis web guna mendukung pemantauan kesehatan anak di posyandu tersebut. proses pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. sistem dibangun menggunakan framework laravel dan basis data mysql. pengujian dilakukan melalui functional testing untuk memastikan setiap fitur berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi, serta usability testing menggunakan kuesioner use. hasil functional testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan usability testing menghasilkan skor kepuasan sebesar 84%, yang masuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem rme yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, memperbaiki akurasi data, dan mempermudah kader dalam memantau status gizi anak berdasarkan standar who. dengan demikian, sistem rme ini berhasil dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan posyandu desa kopelma darussalam, dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan anak sehingga dapat mendukung pemantauan kesehatan anak secara efektif. kata kunci: sistem berbasis web, rekammediselektronik, kesehatan anak, posyandu, laravel, pengujian use.



Abstract

Posyandu a community health service in Indonesia, plays a vital role in monitoring children’s health and developmental growth. However, at the Posyandu in Kopelma Darussalam Village, health data recording is still conducted manually, making it prone to errors and inefficient. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to support child health monitoring at this Posyandu. The system development process employs the Waterfall model with stages of requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system was built using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Testing was conducted through functional testing to ensure all features operate according to specifications, along with usability testing using the USE questionnaire. Functional testing results confirmed all functions work properly, while usability testing yielded a satisfaction score of 84%, categorized as "Highly Feasible". These findings demonstrate that the developed EMR system can improve recording efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and facilitate health workers in monitoring children’s nutritional status based on WHO standards. Thus, this EMR system successfully meets the needs of Kopelma Darussalam Village Posyandu and can enhance the quality of child health services for effective health monitoring.
