Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pada guru di sekolah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat respon guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di mtsn 4 banda aceh. (2) tingkat kinerja guru di mtsn 4 banda aceh. (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di mtsn 4 banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. populasi dan sampel merupakan seluruh guru di sekolah mtsn 4 banda aceh yang berjumlah 34 orang. data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menyebar angket kepada semua guru di tempat penelitian. teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial (uji t). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan kepada sekolah memiliki nilai t hitung (8,951) > t tabel (1,691) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, maka ha diterima dan h0 ditolak, yang menyatakan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru mtsn 4 banda aceh. berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan tentang “pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di mtsn 4 banda aceh”, maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: (1) berdasarkan hasil grand mean pada distribusi data variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki nilai grand mean = 4 yang berada pada rentang kelas 3.41 - 4.20, maka dapat disimpulkan tingkat kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berada pada kategori tinggi. (2) berdasarkan hasil grand mean pada distribusi data variabel kinerja guru memiliki nilai grand mean = 3.63 yang berada pada rentang kelas 3.41 – 4.20, maka dapat disimpulkan tingkat kinerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi. (3) nilai t hitung (8,951) > t tabel (1,691) dan nilai sig. 0,000. artinya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di mtsn 4 banda aceh. nilai r-square sebesar 0,715. hal ini berarti 71,5 persen kinerja guru mtsn 4 banda aceh dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. sedangkan sisanya 28,5 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Principal leadership is one of the factors influencing teacher performance in schools. This study aims to determine: (1) the level of teacher response to the principal's leadership at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh, (2) the level of teacher performance at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh, and (3) the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population and sample consist of all 34 teachers at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to all teachers at the research site. Data analysis techniques employed simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing was conducted using a partial test (t-test). The results show that the variable of Principal Leadership has a t-value (8.951) > t-table (1.691) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the acceptance of Ha and rejection of H0. This indicates that Principal Leadership has a significant influence on Teacher Performance at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh. Based on the research findings and hypothesis testing regarding "The Influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh," the researcher concludes the following: (1) Based on the grand mean of the principal leadership variable data distribution, the grand mean value = 4, which falls within the range of 3.41–4.20. Thus, the level of principal leadership is categorized as high. (2) Based on the grand mean of the teacher performance variable data distribution, the grand mean value = 3.63, which falls within the range of 3.41–4.20. Thus, the level of teacher performance is categorized as high. (3) The t-value (8.951) > t-table (1.691) and Sig. value of 0.000 indicate that Principal Leadership has a significant influence on Teacher Performance at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh. The R-Square value is 0.715, meaning that 71.5% of Teacher Performance at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh is influenced by Principal Leadership, while the remaining 28.5% is influenced by other factors
