Kubis bunga merupakan sayuran dari keluarga kubis-kubisan yang berasal dari eropa dan dikenal luas di indonesia sebagai kembang kol. pupuk sp-36 mengandung 36% p₂o₅, berperan dalam pertumbuhan akar, pembentukan bunga, serta meningkatkan daya tahan tanaman terhadap hama dan penyakit. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis sp-36 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil beberapa varietas kubis bunga di dataran rendah, serta interaksi antara keduanya. penelitian ini telah dilakasanakan di stasiun penelitian fakultas pertanian universitas syiah kuala darusalam, banda aceh yang dilaksakan pada bulan agustus sampai november 2024. rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak kelompok (rak) faktorial 4x3 dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan 36 satuan percobaan. setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 3 tanaman sehingga terdapat 108 tanaman. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis pupuk sp-36 berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15, 30 dan 45 hst, jumlah daun umur 15, 30 dan 45 hst, umur berbunga, bobot berangkasan basah pertanaman, bobot segar bunga pertanaman, diameter bunga dan potensi hasil. pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga terbaik dijumpai pada dosis pupuk sp-36 9,3 g. perlakuan varietas berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah daun umur 30 hst, berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15, 30 dan 45 hst, jumlah daun umur 15 dan 45 hst, umur berbunga, bobot berangkasan basah pertanaman, bobot segar bunga pertanaman, diameter bunga dan potensi hasil. pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga cenderung lebih baik dijumpai pada varietas larissa. tidak terdapat interaksi nyata antara dosis pupuk sp-36 dan varietas terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15, 30 dan 45 hst, jumlah daun umur 15, 30 dan 45 hst, umur berbunga, bobot basah berangkasan per tanaman, bobot segar bunga pertanaman, diameter bunga dan potensi hasil.

Abstract
Cauliflower is a vegetable from the cabbage family that originated in Europe and is widely known in Indonesia as cauliflower. SP-36 fertilizer contains 36% P₂O₅, plays a role in root growth, flower formation, and increases plant resistance to pests and diseases. This study aims to determine the effect of SP-36 dosage on the growth and yield of several varieties of flower cabbage in the lowlands, as well as the interaction between the two. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture Research Station, Syiah Kuala University Darusalam, Banda Aceh from August to November 2024. The research design used in this study was 4x3 factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 3 replications, so there were 12 treatment combinations and 36 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of 3 plants so there were 108 plants. The results showed that the treatment of SP-36 fertilizer doses had a very significant effect on plant height at 15, 30 and 45 HST, number of leaves at 15, 30 and 45 HST, flowering age, wet weight of planted stems, fresh flower weight of planted flowers, flower diameter and yield potential. The best growth and yield of flower cabbage plants were found at a dose of 9.3 g SP-36 fertilizer. The treatment of varieties had a very significant effect on the number of leaves at the age of 30 HST, had no significant effect on plant height at 15, 30 and 45 HST, the number of leaves at 15 and 45 HST, flowering age, plant wet stalk weight, plant flower fresh weight, flower diameter and yield potential. Growth and yield of flower cabbage plants tend to be better found in Larissa varieties. There was no significant interaction between the dose of SP-36 fertilizer and varieties on plant height at 15, 30 and 45 HST, number of leaves at 15, 30 and 45 HST, flowering age, wet weight of planted stems, fresh weight of planted flowers, flower diameter and yield potential.
